Dynamic analysis of structure loaded seismic loads
Janošková, Lenka ; Nevařil, Aleš (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
In this diploma thesis the seismic load on two different models is solved – the first model is a beam hall and the second model is a multistory building. The calculation of seismic load was performed according to standard ČSN EN 1998-1 (Eurocode 8) using the response spectrum analysis and the method of equivalent static forces (substi-tute load). For the combination of seismic responses in different directions are used SRSS and CQC rules. Models and calculations were solved in a student’s version of program RFEM 4.10 (Ing. Software Dlubal, s.r.o.). The comparison of mentioned methods in each models, also the comparison of combinative rules in calculation and the final evaluation of seismic responses on both of models are the subject of this thesis.
Dynamic analysis of structure loaded seismic loads
Havlíková, Ivana ; Nevařil,, Aleš (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
The purpose of my master’s thesis is the solution steel hall with concrete columns, that is loaded by an earthquake. This simulation program was used RFEM. To calculate was used the spectral and temporal analysis, and that on models of structures with several combinations of materials. The analysis was performed for both the general direction of the earthquake, so for combinations of directions according to standard procedures in EC8.
Vibration sensor
Matěj, J.
This paper lays out a design of a system for reading the radar antenna gearbox vibrations. Firstly it names different types of sensors and defines their suitability for this usage. It describes their important electric and frequency properties. Secondly it shows a design of the data transmission system from the transducer to a computer and describes measured data changes according to the gearbox faults.
Echocardiographic interactive atlas of basic cardiovascular diseases
Hrušková, Jana ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Orban, Marek (advisor)
Master´s thesis „Echocardiographic interactive atlas of basic cardiovascular diseases“, deals with new Biomedical cathegory – clinical engineering (which includes diagnostics and image analysis). It deals with basic learning tools for this not well known specialization.
Digital Signal Processor based Baby Cry Detector
Sobotková, Šárka ; Rozman, Jiří (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis discusses the baby cry. Processing of literary research in dealing with children crying and processing of audio signals. Based on information gathered propose an algorithm for detecting child's cry, which was verified using Matlab programming environment. Based on the identified parameters of the input signals and the proposed algorithms was selected appropriate digital signal processor. The hardware device was realized to detect and initialize the child crying, and its functionality has been verified in the recorded sound recordings child crying.
Texture analysis of fundus images utilizing features of the nerve fiber layer directionality
Metody byly realizovány a otestovány v programovém prostředí Matlab R2009b.
Spectral impuls signal analyzis
Měcháček, Radek ; Kubásek, Radek (referee) ; Fiala, Pavel (advisor)
Analysis signals, especially then pulsed signals and their next processing, today alreadyquaere to many different technological line. From communication engineering over telecommunication and acoustics, after as much as field - club application or multimedia. This work is introduction to the problems methods processing pulsed signals. Is distributive how from the standpoint of theory, so from look future application usage, by the help of programmatic analyses basic signals. Work bears basic description, notions, routes and method for work and analysis with widthspectral and ultraswidthspectral signals. Further be created tool for generation, filtration and near processing of several basic pseudo - random signals.
Load effect on baroreflex sensitivity
Kamenec, Jan ; Čmiel, Vratislav (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
KAMENEC, J. Load effect on baroreflex sensitivity. Brno: Brno University of technology, Faculty of electrical engineering and communication, 2008. 52 p. Supervisor of bachelor’s thesis Ing. Jana Bardoňová, Ph.D. The aim of this baccalaureate thesis was study problems of the metering baroreflex and verify, whether the physical stress affects baroreflex sensitivity. The metering proceeded on the computer system Biopac, in which was projected the record of the metering. For the calculation was elected noninvasion spectral method. Measuring data by the computer system Biopac were processed by the help of the Matlab program that worked out found dependencies.
Spectral analysis of the EEG signal
Blatný, Michal ; Kozumplík, Jiří (referee) ; Hrozek, Jan (advisor)
Master’s thesis deal about electroencefalography, measurement EEG signals and analysis measuermed signals. Project contains two basis practical parts. Firts part contain two PC’s programs that’s are used to fundamental analysis to frequence-domain and visual display of brain mapping created with Matlab. Second chapter of practical parts includes two PC’s programs created with LabView. First of them is the EEG biofeedback making use for advanced analyses and second program is used to detection segment of stacionarity.
Solution of complex problems using evolutionary algorithms
Belovič, Boris ; Atassi, Hicham (referee) ; Burget, Radim (advisor)
Difficult problems are tasks which number of possible solutions increase exponentially or factorially. Application of common mathematical methods for finding proper solution in polynomial time is ineffective. Signal prediction is an example of diffucult problem. Signal is represented with a time serie and there is no explicit mathematical formula describing the signal. When genetic algorithms are applicated, they try to discover hidden patterns in time serie. These patterns can be used for prediction. Implication rules are used for discovery of these hidden patterns in time serie. Each rule is represented by one chromosome in population. Rules consist of two parts: conditional part and result part. Rules in population are compared with time serie and then the rules are evaluated according to their success in prediction. After the evaluation of rules, simulated evolution is started. Result of this evolution process is a group of rules which represent the most distinct patterns in time serie. These rules are then validated on validation set. Application is implemented in JAVA programming language.
