KOMENDA, Vladimír
Based on this bachelor thesis I wanted to map the key moments in spiritual development of a school-aged child (6-13 years), then to identify and analyse spiritual aspects in education with respect to latent nature of spirituality today. The objective of the work was to answer the major research question, whether religious parents realize the significance of spiritual aspects in education and in spiritual perception of their children. The way of bringing up children in two Christian families was analysed using the respondents? answers. The analysis revealed in which situations religious parents realize the significance of spirituality in education and spiritual perception of their children. Information needed for this thesis was obtained by the method of a qualitative ? semi-structured interview with five open questions focused on individual aspects of Christian education. The interviews clearly show the significance attached to spiritual aspects of education and to spiritual perception of their children by respondents. If a child is able to reflect the spiritual nature of life, it can be assumed that this ability becomes his auspices when dealing with significant life situations. The results of the thesis could be used as further material for sociological studies of a similar theme or as study material for social workers or students of social sciences.

Punctuation and Text Structuring in Old Czech Bible Manuscripts
Pečírková, Jaroslava ; Kreisingerová, Hana ; Pytlíková, Markéta
This article presents a survey of the use of punctuation in Old Czech Bible manuscripts from the 14th and 15th century. The results of the research show that punctuation in the Old Czech Bible manuscripts is similar to punctuation of contemporary Latin Bible manuscripts, generally marking the same parts of the text. It is based on a pausal principle and tends to indicate higher text units (periodi) using capital letters. The oldest Czech Bible manuscript (Bible drážďanská, ca. 1360) uses punctuation to point out periodi in the first place; sometimes it indicates also cola (sentences within a perioda). Commata (parts of the sentence) are indicated by punctuation very rarely. In younger Czech Bible manuscripts (Bible olomoucká, 1417; Bible litoměřicko-třeboňská, 1414) quantity of punctuation increases. Periodi are mostly indicated in the same way and amount as in Bible drážďanská, but punctuation is used more frequently to point out cola and commata, especially in Bible litoměřicko-třeboňská.
