Valuation of the Company PREST PŘEROV a.s.

The goal of this Master's thesis is to perform valuation of the company PREST PŘEROV a.s. and determine its market value on the date of valuation 20th of December 2011. The theoretical part describes basic terms, general description of the valuation process, strategic and financial analysis methodology and the most commonly used valuation methods. In the practical part of this work, the theoretical foundations are applied on the specific conditions of the valuated company PREST PŘEROV a.s. Strategic and financial analysis of the company is performed. After the formulation of its financial plan the company is valuated using the discounted cash flow method in the entity version, because pre-conditions of the going concern principle are met.

The aim of bachelor thesis was to compare the records held by the various accounting programs. Identify the differences between the selected programs to determine their advantages and disadvantages. It was therefore essential to examine the selected programs and learn how to treat them with users manuals. Then it was necessary to find out what the selected entity from the program requires.

Diplomová práce s názvem Ocenění podniku technických služeb v první části seznamuje se základními poznatky, metodami a postupy při oceňování podniku. V druhé části aplikuje metody a postupy ocenění na konkrétním zvoleném podniku. Výsledná hodnota byla stanovena pomocí diskontního modelu cash flow pro vlastníky a věřitele. Základním předpokladem pro zjištění hodnoty bylo sestavení finančního plánu, který vycházel ze zpracované strategické a finanční analýzy.

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty skupiny Colorlak, a.s. V teoretické části práce je popsán základní teoretický rámec oceňování, metody a postupy používané při oceňování podniku. V aplikační části práce jsou metody aplikovány při konkrétním ocenění skupiny. Skupina Colorlak je tvořena výrobní společností a několika obchodními dceřinými společnostmi. Pro ocenění byla použita výnosová metoda DCF ve variantě FCFF. Podklady pro samotné ocenění jsou zejména strategická a finanční analýza a finanční plán.
Real estate evaluation, the comparison of market and administrative approach to house evaluation

The thesis deals with the comparison of an administrative and market approach to real estate evaluation. A theoretical part covers an explanation of essential terminology used in evaluation process and describes individual evaluation methods. A practical part demonstrates an evaluation of a price of a detached house by the administrative approach; its market price is estimated by the means of cost, comparison and revenues methods. All the outcomes are summarized and mutually compared in the final part of the thesis.

Bachelor thesis with title "Description of the property valuation and valuation of specific property" is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first passage of theoretical part is focused on general issues of valuation, next parts theoretically describe the specific methods of property valuation. The practical part is focused on application of methods described in the theoretical part. With regard to scope of the bachelor's thesis are applied only the method of valuation based on price regulation, as representative of administrative valuation, and the comparative method, as representative of market valuation. Results of both method are then compared and commented.

This thesis deals with the estimate of the value of the building company HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. The text is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part, which is a prefiguration of the practical one, sets as a goal making readers familiar with basic terms, instruments and procedures for setting the value of the company. The practical part follows up with the application of described methods in the company HOCHTIEF CZ. The main goal of the practical part is to determine the value of the company on August 22, 2011 for the purchase of an unknown investor. As used instruments and methods are worth referring to strategic and financial analyses, as well as the methods of financial planning. The appropriate appraisal is done by the revenue method DFCFF and book value method.
Methods of valuation of assets in the accounting firm Garantkámen and their impact on the economy.

The Bachelor thesis treats of the methods of assets evaluation according to the Act on Accounting and the impact on the result of selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms related to the assets evaluation, it describes individual types of assets, the methods of their appraisal and the principals of particular valuation. Respective chapters contain definitions of kinds of assets that could be owned by a company and approach to the evaluation that could be applied by a company. This part of the thesis also describes the assets valuation within different phase of accounting period and calculation formula for determination of price of assets. Practical part of the thesis is based on the pieces of knowledge mentioned in the theoretical part and these findings are applied within analysis of evaluation methods of company Garantkámen, s.r.o.. The thesis indicates relevant methods used by this company and concrete example specifies the methods related to evaluation of assets in case of consumption. The thesis summarizes the individual methods of appraisal and their impact on profit or loss of the company.
