Efektivní management v oblasti ochrany životního prostředí vyžaduje zdokonalení informačního systému v dané oblasti. S tím je neodmyslitelně spojena i potřeba překonání resp. snížení náskoku členských zemí EU v rozvoji systému environmentálního a ekonomického účetnictví (SEEA) na makro a mikroúrovni. Projekt je zaměřen na nejaktuálnější otázky z této oblasti a usiluje o dosažení aktivního zapojení české vědecké veřejnosti do mezinárodní diskuse na dané téma. Záměrem řešitelského týmu je vyhodnotit vývoj a dosažené výsledky v oblasti tvorby a rozvoje environmentálního účetnictví na evropské úrovni i na domácí půdě. Akcent byl kladen na vybrané moduly systému, které se na základě předchozího výzkumu členů řešitelského týmu ukázaly pro podmínky ČR realizovatelné. Výsledky byly prezentovány v rámci mezinárodního semináře "Environmentální účetnictví - Současný stav a vývoj. Výstupem semináře jsou dva sborníky - v české a anglické verzi. Jsou v nich prezentovány výsledky dílčích úkolů v roce 2004.

Cílem projektu je přispět objektivní argumentaci k hodnocení vlivu spárkaté zvěře na vývoj obnovy a biodiverzitu lesních ekosystémů porovnáním charakteru a stavu vegetačního krytu na lokalitách. Závěrečná zpráva obsahuje popis metodiky řešení (výběr modelových území, shromáždění a analýza dostupných údajů o lesnickém a mysliveckém hospodaření pro vybrané objekty, zjištění stavu lesních ekosystémů, finanční ocenění ekonomických i ekologických funkcí porostů, modelové zjištění nákladů na obnovu a obhospodařování porostů - lokalita Sv. Anna), popis výsledků (výběr lokalit, hodnocení diverzity lesních ekosystémů, výsledky zjištěné pro jednotlivé lokality) a shrnutí výsledků a závěry pro jednotlivé lokality.

The influence of economic security unit of the volunteer firemen of the village on a budget selected municipalities in South County.

Civil Defence was in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in 1990, defined as a set of measures that are intended to prepare the state and the society it lives to defend before the war. Armed conflict in the then bipolar world could occur within a few days because of preparation for such a conflict took place on both sides for decades. Quitting called. Cold War, a period in which to minimize the possibility of a global military confrontation. However, the newly defined and continue to occur, often difficult to predict, security threats and risks. Protection of lives, health and property values, along with sovereignty, territorial integrity and protection of the democratic foundations of the newly formed Czech Republic, the basic duty of the state. Responsibility for the protection of the population in the newly constructed system of protection of the population in the Czech Republic, partially transferred and distributed to all levels of government, including municipalities and small towns. Newly constructed Integrated rescue system became progressively a linchpin in the coordination of activities and procedures in preparing for emergencies in rescue and clean up operations and to protect against the crisis states, and after the state of emergency. This thesis is aimed to carry out data collection from ten cities of the reporting period with extended powers, which is based in the South Region. File data collected will be evaluated and the evaluation in order to determine the economic performance of the financing protection of the population in a particular city. The assessment will be done in relation to the basic element of civil protection units which are voluntary municipal fire brigade. The thesis will be evaluated the impact of funding fire protection budget of the municipality. Work wonders, what is the trend in financing those units while trying to answer the question, what is the impact on the budget funding specific community. Both responses will be made a conclusion that communicate, whether financing is adequate fire protection units or not. Investigations will be carried out at one of the village extended powers, therefore, from a global perspective, this will not result in a valid conclusion about the crucial work. Wider research on the topic, with a similar focus, however, may, if the interests of society, such data can bring.

Selected problems from Pythagoriáda

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis: "Selected tasks from Pythagoriads"includes lucid calculating of the examples, which occure in this mathematical competition and are dedicated for seventh class of basic schools or second class eight-year-old gymnazium. Examples are chosen from the local competition for schools. These solved examples are meant to help not only students in practising, but also for teachers in preparing students for the mathematical competition. Every Pythagoriad is devided to three categories according to the method of solving the problem and those are anallactic, geometric and logical.

Coordinated rehabilitation segments used in a selected group of individuals with DMO (combined disability) in center ARPIDA in České Budějovice

The thesis focuses on coordinated rehabilitation components, which are used at individuals with cerebral palsy (combined disability) in a concrete non state medical institution in České Budějovice. Cerebral palsy is the most frequent neurodevelopmental disease, wherein the health disability may occur in one or more fields. We can find crucial factor in care of individuals with handicap in coordinated rehabilitation, which is currently perceived as an interdisciplinary field seeking the fastest and widest participation of personal with disabilities in all usual activies of society with the use of medical, educational, social and labour resources. A prerequisite for success is a multidisciplinary team (circular support), which consists of experts and parents of individuals with disabilities. The thesis contains theoretical background, where health disbility, coordinated rehabilitation and cerebral palsy is mentioned, at which the occurrence, forms, associated disorders and treatment are described. A separate chapter is devoted to families of individuals with health disability, where I mentioned the reaction of parents on the birth of a child with a disability, the impact of disability on the family and family support. Furthermore I focus on social services for handicapped people and to ARPIDA centre, where my research took place. In the research section there is defined the aim of the thesis, which was to chart a coordinated rehabilitation components, which are used at individuals with cerebral palsy (combined disability) in ARPIDA centre in České Budějovice. The partial target of my thesis was also to compare the usage of coordinated rehabilitation components at individuals under 15 years of age and at individuals over 15 years. According to target of the work there were developed three hypotheses. Thesis research was conducted through quantitative research. To obtain the data, I used the method of questioning. The sample was comprised of individuals with cerebral palsy (combined disability), who attend the centre ARPIDA, while the questionnaires were filled out by their parents. The research undertaken within the thesis, which was supported by rehearsed literature, confirmed the third hypothesis of more often usuage of Vojta reflex locomotion method at individuals with cerebral palsy in the centre ARPIDA compared to individual therapeutic physical training. The remaining two hypotheses were disproved. Statistical survey also shows that care for people with cerebral palsy is a long-term care, where interconnection of services within the coordinated rehabilitation is needed. In the group of individuals under 15 years of age and over 15 years it has been used different coordinated rehabilitation components, this is associated with cerebral palsy, disorders, age and other factors. Problematic remains the job placement of individuals with disabilities, who remain at home without further stimulation possibility. Care and services in the centre ARPIDA were assessed positively. The results and conclusions of the thesis will be used as a feedback centre ARPIDA to map the coordinated rehabilitation components and further to the clearing of needs of single coordinated rehabilitation components in a group of individuals under 15 years of age and over 15 years.

Primary Prevention of Sexuality and Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Příbram Region

This bachelor thesis is called ?Primary Prevention of Sexuality and Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the Region of Příbram.? The aim of primary prevention is to prevent undesirable phenomena or first experience with them and to delay the first contact with them as late as possible. This prevention in primary schools is provided by school prevention methodologists who ensure appropriate activities for their pupils. Early initiation of sexual life is a major problem at present. Adolescents often feel physically mature, however, from the psychological point of view, they are not. They seek acquaintances and change them very often and thus, increase the risk of unwanted pregnancies and related abortions, the risk of infection by a sexually transmitted disease and other risks. The main objective of my thesis was to map primary prevention of sexual education and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases in the region of Příbram. In the part of the thesis called ? The Current State? historical development of this issue, current paradigms, the general concept of prevention of sexuality, the target group of primary prevention, possibilities of contraception and sexually transmitted diseases are characterized. The data for my thesis were collected by quantitative research, by the method of questioning and by means of an anonymous questionnaire. The research sample was selected in two primary schools ? in a primary school in Příbram and in a rural primary school in the region of Příbram. The respondents were pupils from the ninth grade and were approached during their lessons and in my presence. Thus, the return of 100 % of questionnaires was ensured. The key fact, revealed by the research, is that the subject of sexual education is realized more in primary schools in the town of Příbram and it is not realized almost at all in the rural primary schools. In contrast, the fact that the participation of pupils in a prevention program that is realized outside the scope of the subject of sexual education and is focused on risky sexual behaviour is lower in the primary school of Příbram, compared to the rural primary schools of the region of Příbram. The results of my bachelor thesis can be used for further research and also for implementation of more effective primary prevention.

Vyhodnocení závěrů předchozích etap a aktualizace dříve shromážděných poznatků. Návštěvnost BR, její dynamika a vlivy z dopravní zátěže na životní prostředí a veřejné zdraví. Studie k ověření aktuální návštěvnosti BR Krkonoše. Vyhodnocení dopravní dynamiky z hlediska vlivu na kvalitu ovzduší a intenzitu hluku na vybraných úsecích. Studie k ověření potenciálu cestovního ruchu a destinačních předpokladů BR Krkonoše. Ověření ekologické stability a zranitelnosti zemědělských půd na základě aktualizace BPEJ. Upřesnění metodiky pro stanovení ekologické stability a zranitelnosti lesního biomu, včetně objektivnějších možností odhadu jeho únosnosti k potenciálním aktivitám z hlediska cestovního ruchu. Studie krajinného rázu za účelem vypracování návrhu krajinotvorných limitů BR Krkonoše. Studie vlivů provozu sjezdových tratí na území BR na vybrané složky přírodního prostředí (Analýza vod ve vybraných profilech vodních toků, Analýza makrozoobentosu ve vybraných profilech vodních toků, Analýza ekologické a biotechnické problematiky sjezdových tratí). Návrh metodiky pro ekonomický a socioekonomický monitoring na území BR Krkonoše. Návrh „Manuálu k podpoře šetrného rozvoje a provozování cestovního ruchu na území BR Krkonoše.

Komplexní informační systém pro dosud provedená revitalizační opatření jako podpora koncepčních environmentálních interpretací

Výběr mapových vrstev a možnosti jejich digitalizace jako základní podklady pro aktuální tvorbu komplexního geografického informačního systému se specifickým zaměřením na rizika, ochranu a tvorbu krajiny. Objektivní hodnocení provedených revitalizačních opatření, pro další koncepční záměry, vývoj metodiky a jako podpora aktuálních úkolů MŽP. Analýza důležitých datových zdrojů nad poskytovaným standardem JISŽP – CENIA, případně dalších organizací, s důrazem na metodickou stránku věci. Pro vybrané typové úlohy byla demonstrována aplikace dat, diskutována jejich dosažitelnost, efektivnost a možnost tvorby nových datových vrstev, možnosti kombinace vrstev v zadaných výrazech a se zobrazováním výsledků v interaktivním mapovém výřezu nad topografickým podkladem.
