Publishing the vocabulary of the types of grey literature as linked data
Mynarz, Jindřich ; Pejšová, Petra ; Simandlová, Tereza ; Labuda, Radim
The formulation of the vocabulary of the types of grey literature in RDF (Resource Description Framework) provides an explicit conceptualization of the domain of grey literature. This type of modelling harnesses the expressive power of ontology languages for RDF data format and its flexible and extensible nature. Formalized in this way, the vocabulary serves as a means to describe grey literature resources in a structured, machine-readable manner. Adopting linked data publishing model affords the re-use and light-weight integration of the vocabulary with other vocabularies via links. The vocabulary built in this way can re-purpose existing vocabularies and re-purpose their concepts by putting them in a new context. This may lead to tighter integration of grey literature within the Web and make it easier to be discovered.

Invenio: A Modern Digital Library for Grey Literature
Caffaro, Jérôme ; Kaplun, Samuele
Grey literature has historically played a key role for researchers in the eld of High-Energy Physics (HEP). Consequently CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) as the world's largest particle physics laboratory has always been facing the challenge of distributing and archiving grey material. Invenio, an open-source repository software, has been developed as part of CERN's institutional repository strategy to answer these needs. In this document we describe how the particular context of grey literature within the HEP community shaped the development of Invenio. We focus on the strategies that have been established in order to process grey material within the software and we analyse how it is used in a real production environment, the CERN Document Server (CDS).

Present State and Plans in collecting and making Grey Literature accessible in the CVTI SR (Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information)
Dušková, Marta
The CVTI SR is a national information center for the support of science and research and a specialized scientific public library focused on technical fields of study and selected areas of sciences, economics and the humanities. The aim of the contribution is to describe the relations between the CVTI SR and the Library Act No. 183/2000 in connection with gray literature (GL), to outline the present state, intentions and possibilities of obtaining, collecting and making GL accessible in the CVTI SR. Basic prerequisites for the establishment of a depository of GL in the Data Research and Development Center are outlined.

Labout market and its possible support by the European Social Fund (ESF)
NOVOTNÁ, Zdeňka
Projects funded through the European Social Fund are a very significant oppor-tunity for different target groups to enter the labour market. The aim of the bachelor thesis titled Labour market and its possible support by the European Social Fund (ESF) was to analyse the labour market in the Czech Republic within the previous pro-gramming period 2007-2013 and in present and to evaluate the ESF support to the la-bour market. The theoretical part of the thesis provided an overview of the existing knowl-edge on related topics in literature and electronic resources. It focused on the regional policy, the employment and social policy, the European employment strategy, the Euro-pean Social Fund, the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme, the labour market, the employment and unemployment. As a new programming period be-gan in 2014, basic information on the new programming period 2014-2020 will be pro-vided. The research part of the thesis analysed the employment policy and the labour market in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2007-2013 and in present. Three selected projects funded from the Human Resources and Employment Opera-tional Programme were then described and evaluated. The aim was to explain how the projects had affected the labour market.

The legal aspects of debt relief
MIKEŠOVÁ, Veronika
This bachelor work deals with the legal aspects of debt relief. Debt relief is one of the ways of resolving insolvency, which was incorporated in the Czech legislation in 2008. The first part contains a literature review and also analyzes the applicable legislation and the case law issued. In the second part the work deals with indebtedness of households. The third part provides a practical "how-to" for debtors. It guides an applicant for debt relief around the steps of the insolvency proceedings. This proceeding is initiated by filing an insolvency petition, together with a proposal for permission for debt relief. The work then deals with proceedings before the decision on the bankruptcy. This procedure is followed by proceedings after decisions on bankruptcy and leads the debtor to the completion of insolvency proceedings resolution of the court to meet all the statutory conditions. The debtor is subsequently exempted from paying claims.

Grain boundary self-diffusion in nickel: Comparison of theoretical and experimental diffusivities
Rothová, Věra ; Svoboda, Milan ; Buršík, Jiří
An extremely wide spectrum of the experimental results of the grain boundary self-diffusivities in nickel was published in the literature. By using two approaches based on the empirical correlations and rules, the purpose of this study is to theoretically estimate the grain boundary (GB) self-diffusivities in nickel. The obtained dependences are compared with one another as well as with the literature experimental data.

Scientific Data: Increasing Transparency and Reducing the Grey
Carroll, Bonnie C. ; Crowe, June ; Candlish, J.R.
