Building - technology phase: Implementation of superstructure of a single - family house

Bachelor´s thesis deals with selected stages of upper superstructure, as are walling and ceiling processes. Object is designed in two constructional variants. Porotherm system and Ytong system were selected and compared. Technological regulations, budgets, time schedules, principles of construction organization and other essentials for ensuring the smooth construction execution were studied. This thesis´s goal is to review selected variants in terms of time, economic, technology demands and thermal properties. Subsequent evaluation could serve families who intend renovation of their house as a guide in the selection of structural system.

The purpose of the final thesis is to elaborate selected parts of a technology building project of the Pension for the elderly. The complex includes eleven building objects and the main one is developed in detail. The final thesis includes a technical report about the technology building project, a building schedule, suggestion for realization of the main stages of its construction, a design of mechanical assembly. The final thesis also includes the project of site equipment, technological regulations , an inspection and test plan, an occupational safety and health plan.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the building-technological project for Implementation of Superstructure of City Hotel in Brno. For the realization of the stage was elaborated a technological note for cast-in-place concrete frame with point-supported slabs and technological note for external wall from the YTONG system. For the part of the construction were elaborated items budget, time schedule and designed set of machines. The thesis also includes a project of site equipment, transport roads, safety and protection health at work and quality control of the perfomered works.

Site equipment is the sum total of all buildings and facilities on a construction site to ensure the economical execution of construction and assembly work and to meet the social and hygienic needs of workers. The thesis deals with modern approaches of construction site facilities and the main objective of the thesis is to design a form of construction site equipment and then validate it using a 3D model in a BIM platform.

The work includes the accompanying and summary technical report, the broader transport relations and the principles of the organization of the production for the given stage, the technological regulation for the vertical supporting structures, the control and test plan for the vertical supporting structures, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures, the control and test plan for the horizontal supporting structures , Machine assembly for the given stage and safety and health protection at work. The annex parts of the thesis are coordinating situation, site equipment, timetable for realization of rough construction, laying plan of Spiroll track panels, KMB Sendwix masonry scheme, formwork scheme.

Implementation of the Shell Superstructure of an Appartment Building "Na Rozálce" Žamberk

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the implemantation of the shell superstructure of an apartment building. Technological projects for vertical structures from Porotherm system and for half-prefabricated clay-concrete floor structures have been designed. The inspection and test plans deal with the quality of these processes. A budget and a time schedule have been drawn up as well, there is also a plan for a set of necessary machines. In addition, the thesis includes a project of site equipment and a review of broader transport relations.
