The Effect Of Unemployment On Human Life

My gradutaion thesis focus on the effect of unemployment to human living. The main goal of this work is showing the negatives implications of unemployment. In the theoretical part is the definition of the work presented and also the meaning of work and its effect to human living from various angles. Further is focusing on definition of unemployment, dividing of unemployment and areas of human living, which is influencing, strategy of managing the unemployment and services through them should be the unemployed resolve. The empirical part is focusing on research with the main goal to uncover the influence of changes, which are due to loss of employment. Further is focusing on the meaning of work / employment to human living and than on the question how the unemployed feels the intresse of Bureau of Labour and others institutions to their unfavourable living situation. Empirical part is also focusing on the effect of economical crisis to their unemployment.

The work deals with the problem of unemployment of job seekers, who receive special care in finding new employment for Volary. In the theoretical section there is described the importance of the work for humans, active employment policy instruments, dealing with the problems of unemployment and the characteristics of each category of job seekers, who receive special care in the mediation of employment. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research. This research used a structured interview technique. The research objective was to analyze the issue of unemployment of job seekers, who receive special care in terms of recruitment services to employers Volary.

Unemployment and its Effects on Person Psyche

My thesis is focused on the hot actual topic, which is the unemployment. The aim of the paper is to show the negative impacts of unemployment. Firstly, I am trying to define the unemployment, labour market, participants on this market and active policy of unemployment. In the second part, I concentrate on the negative impact of unemployment which it leaves on the person{\crq}s psyche. I demonstrate the relationship between health and unemployment. Further, I describe the reaction of surroundings on the unemployment. I am also trying to show the possibilities of defence and protection from the unemployment.
