The topic of the thesis is a description of wooden building construction process from a design stage to a finished house. There is preciesly described the creation process of the specific building from the initial meeting with the client to a finished building including all follow-up and logistics processes. In the first part, the thesis focuses on a building placement locality, selection of a suitable structural system, and description of factual and time context. The next part of the work addresses the text documentation for buil-ding permits and the energy-appreciation of the building. Photographs, design documen-tation and manufacturing documentation can be found in the attachment part.

This thesis describes the design of wooden buildings house, whose layout corresponds to the size requirements of the four/five person family. The main objective is the development of technical documentation for realization wooden building system frame construction. The work is divided into text and section drawings. In the text part, we focus on the structural system of wooden frame. Further to the proposal of the building envelope system diffusion open structure. For each construction envelope is made of heat-technical assessment. The work is completely processed and architectural layout wooden buildings. The last part is focused on determining the gross price of the house. Drawing section contains both drawings needed for building permits and manufacturing documentation for implementation of wooden buildings house.

In this thesis is established on the bachelor thesis, which was proposed and evaluated brick building frame and wooden family house according to specified criteria. The work includes part drawings and text. The drawings contain design and manufacturing drawings solved including details relating to production documentation. The text part is given structural system and its rules for implementation, design pieces of particular parts of the buildings and their thermal and technical assessment. The work also includes accompanying a technical report, fire report and itemized budget for the proposed facility.

In text parts come out constructive system and his outlines for realization construction. Be here composition construction siding, that are further thermally- technically advised in software -- warm. Work is supplemented about accompanying and technical report.
