This thesis deals with the economic evaluation of the selected funded organizations (Seniors Home Vidim and Seniors Home Mšeno) in the years 2010 to 2014. The aim is to evaluate the economic of selected funded organizations, each other compare their operations and make recommendations to improve their economic situation.
House for seniors Vidim is being set up by Central Bohemia regional office and provides all day care to their clients. The founder of House for seniors Mšeno is town Mšeno and provider of more services (house for seniors, day care and social activation services for seniors and persons with disabilities). Based on the results of this work as efficiently managing organization sems House for seniors Mšeno. To improve economic situation of House for seniors Mšeno is being offer to extend of porfolio offered sevices.

Financial analysis of a chosen company

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to implement and evaluate the financial analysis of the company Estee Lauder CZ, Ltd. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical backgrounds. First, it delineates the essence of financial analysis, and describes its users and sources of information on which the financial analysis is based. Next there are explained selected methods of financial analysis. In the second part of the thesis is firstly a short introduction of the analysed company, its basic information and its subjects of business. Then information from the balance sheet and profit and loss statement are used to formulate selected financial analysis methods. Methods which are applied are absolute indicators, ratio indicators, and also bankruptcy and credibility models. The analysis of absolute indicators includes a horizontal analysis of financial statements, which revealed a substantial decline in the balance sheet total. Next there is a vertical analysis of financial statements, which discovered a large change in the sources of financing assets. Ratio indicators, which include indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness, showed that the company is profitable, manages its assets efficiently and is able to stand for its commitments. At the very end is a summary of the results and final recommendations which could help the company improve their current financial situation.

Financial analysis of selected agricultural enterprises

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation and comparison of the management of the chosen agriculture companies in the period 2010-2014 based on the methods of financial analysis. The first part of the thesis explains the influence of the Common Agricultural Policy on the agriculture of the Czech republic and descibes various methods of financial analysis. The second part contains financial analysis of selected companies and then evaluates and compares their financial situation based on the results of the analysis. The last part provides comparison of those two companies with the average results of a wide selection of other czech companies in the same branch.

The subject of the thesis is to develop a financial analysis of the selected company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The main objective is to evaluate the financial health of the company.
The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of financial analysis. Further defined the basic methods and indicators associated with financial analysis.
The practical part applies the theoretical knowledge on the chosen company. Default values are drawn from the basic financial statements, which are publicly available. Additional information on all analyzes were obtained in consultation with the accounting department of the company Beko Inc.
The conclusion is drawn assessment analyzes developed in the period and future forecasts.

This bachelor thesis evaluates the economical situation of a company called EM Brno s. r. o. (Ltd.) and therefore its name is Financial Analysis of a Chosen company EM Brno s. r. o. (Ltd.). In the theoretical part of the thesis there is the basic information about the financial analysis, its indicators and the methods used. The financial analysis itself was carried out using financial statements and other corporation sources of information and it is stated in the practical part of the thesis. The assessment is made and the measures to improve the current situation are suggested on the grounds of the gathered observations.

Financial Analysis and Draft Financial Plan of selected Company

The subject of Diploma thesis is to compile long-term financial plan for ALTREVA Inc. dealing with the production of work and protective clothing for the period from 2015 to 2018. The assembly planned statements preceded by analysis of financial health for the period 2010-2014 using conventional financial analysis tools. In the theoretical part is basic knowledge related to financial analysis and financial long-term planning. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the company and assessment of its current financial situation. Based on the thesis findings and objectives of the company are compiled basic and pessimistic scenario of long-term financial plan and made juxtaposition together with the current state of the business. The conclusion enterprise ALTREVA proposed recommendations for the future.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate financial management in the selected training company and to suggest recommendations to improve its efficiency. Specifically, the thesis focuses on financial analysis of two core programs offered by the company, and the overall evaluation of the company`s financial situation. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the methods of financial analysis and financial planning. The second part is dedicated to a brief presentation of the selected company, characterization of its programs and its international cooperation. The third part contains the analysis and evaluation of the two core programs and of the financial situation as whole. In the final part, there are recommendations for optimizing the financial management of the company in order to be able to better exploit its potential.

Contribution of this thesis is to be a comprehensive assessment of the financial situation of the company and propose possible measures for its improvement or further direction using the tools that are used in planning financial strategy.

This work aims to describe the regulation of financial statements, dead work for financial statements and financial statement itself at first. Then, the bachelor thesis pursues the practical example of financial statements of the company Mecaplast CZ, s.r.o. Firstly, the firm is introduced in the bachelor thesis, then dead work done by the company before closing accounts of the ledger is defined.
