House and winery in Zaječí
Tomková, Denisa ; Polášek, Josef (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal of a new house intended for permanent living of a family of four and at the same time for the production and storage of wine. The building is located in a sloping terrain in the cadastral area of the village Zaječí and consists of a basement and one above-ground floor. It includes a vaulted cellar for archiving wine, an outdoor terrace and a covered parking space. The proposal of the house is adapted so that the well-being of family members is not disturbed by the planned wine production. This is achieved by the fact that the basement floor is intended for the operation of the winery, and on the contrary, the quiet and social zone, which is the zone intended for living, is designed on the above-ground floor. The main load-bearing system of the basement are concrete blocks made of lost formwork and ceramic bricks from the Heluz system on the 1st floor. The perimeter masonry is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The living room has a wooden, beamed ceiling and in the rest of the building is designed a reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The roof is flat, in 2 height levels and with a slope of 3%. The design of the house includes an internal recuperation unit, underfloor heating and an external three-layer stainless steel Schiedel chimney system. The work is processed in the form of project documentation adapted for the construction with almost zero energy consumption.
Library of Nymburk
Hrbáček, Adam ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
Topic of my diploma thesis is creating design documentation on level of detailed design, Library of Nymburk. Project contains engineering reports, realization drawings, thermal assessment, fire safety assessment, static ceiling evaluation, simplified foundation design and design of staircases. Projected building has three above ground floors and one partial basement. Structural system vertical is made of mansory walls, based in basement on drilled piles and in first upper floor on strip foundations. Staircases are made of cast-in-place reinforce concrete same for ceiling slabs and joist slabs. Roof structure is warm flat roof. Project was designed in computer programs: ArchiCAD 19, IdeaSTATICA7, WDLS 5, Svoboda software and vizualization done in Lumion 3D.
New building log cabin object in Malenovice, rough superstructure
Jůnová, Lucie ; Mohapl, Martin (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the construction of log house. Solves realization of rough superstructure. It is a single-storey building with an attic. The building is designed mostly from log construction and partly brick with wood-beamed ceilings, roofed a gable roof. The work includes technical report, technological regulation for vertical construction, ceiling and roof truss, design a construction site installations including construction organization, time schedule, design mechanical assembly, control and test plan, health and safety at work.
Concrete ceiling over stage
Tošenovjan, Marek ; Šimůnek, Petr (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the design of monolithic ceiling structure above the stage of the theater. The requirements for placement of an theatrical equipment are respected in the calculation of internal forces. Special emphasis is placed on the calculation of support moments in a partial fixation of the ceiling frame in a reinforced concrete wall. The structural design is limited by deflection limits affecting the functionality of theatrical equipment.
Structural assessment of the existing reinforced-concrete frame structure of the production building
Pražan, Jiří ; Krůpa, Pavel (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the structural assessment of the existing reinforced concrete frame structure of the production building. The structure under consideration is carried out as a reinforced concrete monolithic frame structure with a discrepancy of 6,15 x 6,15 m (axis). The object has a rectangular plan of 13 x 9 fields. The total dimension is 56 x 81m and is divided into three dilation units on all floors by two inserted 3,65 m wide fields. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The construction height of the basement is 3,675 m, above ground level 4,0 m. On the west side of the building (axis A) are three reinforced concrete elevator shafts with a dimension of approximately 4,5 x 3,8 m. The envelope and inner partitions are made of bricks full of burned. The work shall include a static assessment of the status quo, a determination of the load capacity and a proposal for appropriate adjustments to ensure static reliability.
Design of concrete structure of apartment building
Juda, Jaroslav ; Šiška, Radek (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a static part of a project documentation for a two-storey apartment building. This is a design of a monolithic construction of the twostorey building with a non-standard geometric arrangement. The key element is the prestressed beam ceiling above the 1st floor. Internal forces are calculated using the SCIA Engineer software. Reinforcement is designed using the internal forces. Individual parts are assessed for its bearing capacity and limit states of serviceability. Shape drawings and reinforcement drawings are part of the work.
