In the introduction, the work is devoted to the characteristics of analyzed languages and it defines the essential differences between French and Russian in their classification, orthography and phonetics. It mainly focuses on the differences in phonetic systems of the languages, which are crucial for the issue of transcription. The thesis then defines the development, use and types of the transcription and discusses the methods to transcribe one language system to another. The thesis also defines the main principles for transcription from the Latin script into the Cyrillic script. In the section devoted to the analysis of transcription, work assigns the selected toponyms to the each type of transcription and it explains how the transcription rules were used. The Street Name terminology in the town of Kaplice

Bachelor work discusses names of streets, squares, landmarks and other areas of the town of Kaplice in the county of Český Krumlov. On the basis of archival sources, memoir literature follows town's history, urbanonyms inherited from older times and their changes during the 20th Century until the present. It analyses names from motivational perspective and by their importance. It also executes structural sorting of names by their origin and framework. Goal of this bachelor work is to assemble both older and newer urbanonyms and to contribute to understandment of evolvement as well as its urbanonymy.
Declension of masculine nouns of foreign origin - tendencies in Contemporary Czech.

The subject of the bachelor work is the Declension of masculine nouns of foreign origin - tendencies in Contemporary Czech. For clarity, we divided the work into four parts. The first part examines the sloping borrowed masculine, which are not fully included in the Czech system of declination, language guides. We describe the rules under which they are foreign masculine decline. The second part summarizes the results of three surveys submitted by Czech speakers to fill. We are here declinations masculine borrowed in practical use. Verify that the speakers are currently trying to inflect or inflect borrowed masculine according to the rules of language guides. In the third part of this work deals with exploration, which we used when writing a term paper. We refer here to view the inflection of the respondents borrowed names and compare the three variants formed fictitious names with variations of existing names. We compare whether it is possible that both groups of names of inflection in the same way. The fourth part contains annexes which are some examples of declension masculine nouns mentioned in the first part, then surveys the various models and their results. We enclose a summary of the substantive declension types.
