Structural design of the high-pressure separator with focus on the flange connection
Šmarda, Radek ; Klučka, Ivan (referee) ; Lošák, Pavel (advisor)
The first part of the diploma thesis deals with research in the field of design of process apparatuses. The research continues describing the function, division and main parts of separators. The research part ends with a more detail overview of flange connections. The second part deals with the design and control calculations of the separator using ČSN EN 13445-3 with tightness-strength calculation of the main flange join using ČSN EN 1591-1. At the end of the second part, partial calculations are performed using finite element method in the ANSYS Workbench R2 program, which aim to verify the required tightness of the joint and describe the effect of the bolts tightening procedure on the gasket.
Design equipment for testing of tightness at plastic flanges
Vašek, Richard ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The main diploma thesis‘s target is to propose applicable industrial method for the industrial leak testing with high definition. The result is to compare available methods and to propose the suitable one. The final target of the diploma thesis is definition of the defined method that will be able to detect leaks required by customer and fulfil internal requirements of the Robert Bosch ltd. Company.
Verification Tightness of Headlamp
Maule, Jiří ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The task of my work is to describe and analyse tightness control of front headlights in automotive industry. This work is concerned with theoretical indi-cative allocation according to the light source, development and contruction of headlights in preamble. There is shown the way of disclosing the outflow pres-sure area at loose headlight in next part of this work. It defines the most proba-bly caused reason of untightness with help of Ishikawov diagram. There is also made evaluation of measured values and determined the main cause of un-tightness. At the end there are shown possibilities of statistic´s evaluation of measured values and made changes necesarry for untightness elimination.
Assessment of face seal performance based on surface texture characteristics
Kučera, Pavel ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (advisor)
Diploma work dealing with assessments facing the sealing fulfilment surface describes and compares surface topography with the aim of analyzing the most significant characteristic parametrs and factors influencing seal and functional reliability in a decisive way. The most suitable parametrs of sealing which were designated : material ratio Rmr and parametrs Rpk, Rk and Rvk.
