Temperature dependence of mineralization of organic matter in litter, humus layer and mineral soil from watersheds of Certovo and Plesne lake
JAROŠOVÁ, Eva
In this study soil samples from watersheds of two Bohemian glacial lakes, Plesne and Certovo were analysed. Respiration by heterotrophic soil organisms as the main source of CO2 efflux from soils was measured during long-term laboratory incubation at four different temperatures. The aim of the thesis was to describe a temperature dependence of C mineralization and make a comparison of results among examined places.
Půdní tok CO2 v horském lesním porostě
Kurajdová, Jana
Our objective was to determine the spatial heterogeneity of soil CO2 efflux in Norway spruce stand in the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy mountains. Measurements were carried out in campaigns during the growing season 2006.
Sources of CO2 efflux in a Norway spruce ecosystem: soil and woody-tissue
Acosta, Manuel
The aim of this paper is to compare different sources of CO2 efflux measured in August 1999 in a Norway spruce stand in the Beskids Mts. CO2 efflux were divided in three differents components: Soil respiration, stem woody-tissue respiration and branch woody-tissue respiration. Measurements were carried out with an infrared gas analyser (IRGA)system working in a close system. A omthly Co2 efflux for each component were modelled on the base of realised measurements and individual(soil, stem and branch) measured temperature.
