Porovnání přenosu vertikálního zatížení od kolových a pásových sklízecích mlátiček
TKADLEC, Jakub
This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the transfer of vertical load from wheel and belt combine harvesters to the soil. The load that the work deals with is for separate combine harvesters without an attached adapter. The aim of the work, was to create a database of vertical loads under the wheel or crawler chassis of combine harvesters, including the determination of the parameters of self-propelled combine harvesters. The calculated, measured and determined data were then included in graphs and tables with graphical representation of the load. The resulting data from the tables can also be used for computer simulations of soil loading under combine harvesters with wheeled or crawler chassis.
Rizikové faktory v kabině sklízecích mlátiček
ŠTEMBERK, Martin
The diploma thesis is focused on harvesting threshers in terms of noise, dust and temperature in the cab. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are basic data and concepts of harvesters, acoustic materials and health protection at work in agriculture. In the practical part itself was performed measurement of noise, dust, temperature and humidity in the cabin cabin cabinet. Measurements took place on land of agricultural cooperatives and private owners. Based on the measured values, an overview of the parameters of individual machines was created.
Porovnání kvalitativních ukazatelů u sklízecích mlátiček s různou konstrukcí mlátících ústrojí
MRAZÍK, Václav
This thesis aims to compare combine harvesters and different thrashing system designs. The different types of harvesters, tangential, axial and hybrid thrashing systems for which measurements were obtained during conducted field work are described in detail. Obtained results are then presented together with discussion on conditions of each measuring activity. Individual stations are then evaluated and comparison of various qualitative attributes affecting the performance, quality and fuel consumption is presented. Evaluation of individual thrashing systems is presented in the conclusion of this thesis together with answers to questions regarding the methodology of conducted measuring activities. Finally, findings from this thesis are applied in practice.
Porovnání vybrané sklízecí mlátičky v konvenčním zemědělství a v precizním zemědělství.
VALENTA, Pavel
The diploma thesis on the comparison of the harvest of cereals using the combine harvester in the quality of work is based on the technical literature review, which describes the individual parts of the combine harvester from the harvesting adapters to the threshing device. The methodology of this diploma thesis describes the procedure by which the results and values for the comparison of the Class Lexion 770 TT combine when working in manual control and GPS control (Global Positioning System). Measured, calculated and compared values obtained according to the 2019 methodology. Harvesting of grain crops using the combine harvester is compared in terms of harvest efficiency, harvest losses, machine throughput, performance balance and fuel consumption. The thesis also includes basic economic operating costs.
Provozní porovnání sklízecích mlátiček s rozdílným typem mlátícího a separačního zařízení
SUCHÝ, Václav
The bachelor thesis focuses on theoretical but also practical comparison of combine harvesters with different types of threshing and separating equipment and their historical development. The theoretical part describes the individual parts of these agricultural machines and mentions various possibilities of their implementation. The practical part is focused on the objective examination of the main parameters characterizing the performance and quality of the threshing machine and their comparison among the main competitors of today's supply. The selected technologies are tangential (conventional) and axial (unconventional) threshing and separation mechanisms.
Využití samojízdných pracovních strojů v technologiích rostlinné výroby
Svoboda, Michal
This thesis is giving to the reader the overview about the self-propelled machines, which are working in the crop production. The first part of my work is regarding the basic division and description of the basic functional items, which are same for all machines. The second part is focusing to describe the functional parts of the individual types of the self-propelled machines and their adapters. At the end is the evaluation of the collected information regarding the CLAAS Xerion 4000 Saddle Trac with the KAWECO slurry tank.
Samojazdné mobilné prostriedky v rastlinnej výrobe
Hurek, Juraj
The bachelor thesis provides an overview of self-propelled machines that are nowadays used in crop production. It also focuses on a brief descrition of basich technical functional parts of grain harvesters and provides an overview of all dealers of self-propelled grain harvesters in Czech Republic. The thesis also describes two universal carriers sold in Czechia. Then it analyzes the three most successful dealers of grain harvesters and compares their position on the market. The last part is devoted to technical-economic evaluation of the Claas Tucano 470 grain harvester in the season using online costs calculators.
Degradace motorového oleje ve sklízecí mlátičce
Halenka, Milan
This Master's thesis focuses on the problematics of the diesel engine oil in the combine harvesters degradation. The first part focuses on the manufacturing process of the en-gine oils, on their structure, on the description of their properties and on their division into individual classifications. Types of the lubrication systems and the diagnostics of the engine oils are described next. Seven samples of oil were monitored, three of them were samples of used engine oil from the combine harvesters Claas, where the engine oil with viscosity grade 10W-40 was used. Next two samples were from used oil from the combine harvesters Case IH, where was the engine oil with viscosity grade 15W-40. Two samples of new oil of each kind were taken for the comparison of the engine oil degradation. Their physical and mechanical properties were compared afterwards. The results obtained are interpreted both numerically and graphically. In the conclusion, the evaluation and the results obtained are summarized.
Vliv parametrů pozemku na výkonnost sklízecí mlátičky
Nedoma, Roman
The thesis Influence of parameters of the plot on the efficiency of the combine harvester deals with the parameters of the land in terms of choosing a suitable method of movement. The theoretical part characterizes everything in terms of land movement, technology of controlled landings and related automatic machine guidance systems. The field measurements were focused on the comparison of motion during manual control, automatic machine guidance on the GPS plot, and motion-based motion tracking in permanent tracks. The data was measured on the CASE IH axial combine harvester with a 12.2 m mowing adapter. The key values are the individual paths of the selected motion and the mower adapter shots. The values obtained were processed, compared to each other and used for final conclusions. The resulting difference in driving distance per one hectare was up to 70 meters.
Pohonné systémy samojízdných mobilních prostředků
Mach, Eduard
This bachelor thesis contains a comprehensive summary of self-propelled mobile machines used in crop production, analysis of their individual functional parts, and modular power units. The aim of this study was to write up the technical and economic evaluation of a selected self-propelled mobile machine. This paper evaluates the Claas Lexion 560 combine harvester and assesses its results for the year 2016.
