Vliv trávníkového druhu a ošetření na kvalitu nově založených sportovních trávníků

The subject of this thesis was to assess and evaluate the influence of the relevant turf species and maintenance on the quality of the newly established sports turf. The experiment was founded into the small plots for free repetitions. The factors wich were chosen for evaluation were the degrees of grass species -- perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.), kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) and festulolium. The part of evaluation was also the degrees of treated and untreated. For the quality assessmenent of turf species was evaluated the overall condition of the vegetation, state of health of vegetation, regrowth of vegetation and coverage of weeds in vegetation. The analyzes shows that during the growing season under the influences of weather condition, way of maintenance (verticutting, fertilization, mowing) and the occurrence of adverse effects. The vegetation of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) reacted best of all species. Lawn turf of this species showed the best performance in terms of quality of the newly established sports turf.

In this diploma thesis is documented an analysis and an approach of designing a self-propelled mobile reel mower with respect of general assumptions of industrial design. Thesis takes aim on a comparison of technologies of present manufacturers of garden equipment and proper choice and following application of technical solution and shape solution on a new product.

Design of automatic lawnmower

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of an automatic lawn mower. The design solution is based on innovative concept respecting all technical, ergonomical, aesthetical and ecological demands. A research study, including a historical, technical and design analysis of lawn mower, is preceding the description of main creative part of design process starting from the concept development and ending up with the final solution. A conclusion of the thesis presents an analysis of final solution, its character, contribution to the human society and the particular role of industial design in automatic lawn mower concept.

The influence of small greenkeeping mechanization on stand composition and biomass production

The main theme of this piece of work is to assess the influence of small mechanisation for maintenance of grass areas; therefore this work includes the description of grass areas as well as the overview of small mechanisation for maintenance of grass areas. Two types of mowers working on different principles of cutting were chosen to make a comparison. This work presents the results of measurement taken on 2 experimental grass areas treated by chosen types of mowers. There are results of monitoring of agrobotanical groups reported (coverage of grasses, the juncaceae, the cyperaceae, the clovers, and herbs) and coverage of grasses is graphically depicted in this work. Different results of grass coverage were statistically evaluated and compared just as the dry matter yields. Appropriate treatment of grass areas (mowing, supplementary seeding) as well as appropriate cutting system of small grass areas was recommended.

The influence of the pasture on the selected parts of environment.

Our nature and landscape are the important parts of our national natural, cultural and economical heritage. Changes in the agrarian policy caused that large portion of the permanent grass areas has started to be maintained by cattle and sheep grazing as well. This Thesis focuses mainly on the comparison of the pastoral areas with the mown and unmown meadows and on the charactreistic vegetation cover affected by grazing. The impact of grazing on natural composition of plant species is important, I also deal with the maintenance of the pastoral areas.

The use of mechanization from the environmental point of view.

In the category of small mechanization I chose the brush cutters. My study work is concerned with dividing of brush cutters into the groups according to several parameters and using them from environmental point of view. It also compares two types of brush cutters. The first one is HUSQVARNA 343 R and the second one is PARTNER 400 B. It is compared according to various parameters, which were measured and callculated from the measured figures.
