Master´s thesis deals with constructive-technological project of apartment house in Kamenná street in Brno-Štýřice. The aim of this work is the solution with the view to the financial, time, technical and technological requierements. The thesis includes technical report of constructive-technological project, technological instructions with inspectional and test plans, machinery configuration, safety plan, construction impact on enviroment, technical report of construction site with plans. The part of the thesis is also schedule of the construction, budget, time and financial plan of the construction.

Construction technology project of storage hall

In this diploma thesis is processed build-up organization of logistics centre in Ostrava. The build-up organization covers the implementation of ground works, foundation constructions and precast concrete framework. Storage hall of logistics centre is based on drilled concrete piles and precast concrete framework makes up main structure. Construction technology project contains time-schedule and financial plan for whole project, time-schedule of construction works, budget, technological standard for precast concrete framework, design of building site accessories, design of machine group, safety plan, check and test plan.

This Master’s thesis deals with the technological project of the new building apartment house in Brno. This work includes technical reports, site equipment, wider transport relations,budget calculation, time planning, inspection and test plan, mechanical assembly, contract for work, safety plan and risks on the building.
