Historické vinice v městském prostředí
Javůrková, Sylva
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to discuss the issue of historical vineyards in towns and their restoration in contemporary conditions of towns. In the first part the history of viniculture in Czech and Moravian region is introduced. This part will help the reader to better understand the historical context of each individual vineyard that will be addressed in the second part. Among the restored vineyards, which are introduced in the second part belongs: Modřanská vinice, Vinice Pod Chrámem svaté Barbory and Vinice na Špilberku. This part focuses on history, founding and current state of vineyard and their contributions for public as well as the vision for the future. For the purpose of this research, experts in this field were interviewed. The general procedure for the renovation of vineyards is proposed in the third part. Important steps such as a choice of distance between vine rows, rootstock, variety, vine training and socially-cultural meaning are discussed. In the fourth part, a literature review of vine requirements for its habitat and urban conditions is presented in the fourth part. Based on this research it is evaluated whether vine is suitable for the urban environment. In the conclusion all the aspects for renovation of historical vineyards in urban environment are considered.
Fytoplazmy révy vinné
Trefulková, Andrea
This bachelor thesis provides basic information about phytoplasmas which are pathogenic microorganisms harmful for grapevine. In accessible Czech and foreign literature only seven phytoplasmas occurring on grapevine are known. In this thesis the symptoms of grapevine attack are described for each phytoplasma. Animal and plant vectors and hosts of these pathogens are described further, followed by the list of countries where the infection of specific phytoplasma occurs. The current methods of protection against this bacterial infection are illustrated finally. In the last part of this thesis the methods of precise detection and diagnostics of phytoplasma diseases are defined.
Možné způsoby vedení révy vinné
Varmuža, Radek
My bachelor thesis explore different types of vine training. The aim was to study all available resources. The fisrt chapter is devoted to the pruning grapevine. His methodics, types of wood, tem and his influence on grapevine. Training systém is divided into low, middle and high. Low trellis system is not used much today. But middle and high trellis system are very common. Among the most popular types of training systerm include Rhine-Hessian with flat cane or and cordon trellis system in the Czech Republic. In today's modern viticulture is increasingly promoting the use of mechanization and reduce labor costs. Minimum cut system is very popular in older vineyards.
Studie technologického vybavení pro zpracování matolin ve vybraném vinařském provozu
Musil, Miroslav
The bachelor thesis describes the characteristics of wine grapes and grapes. The process of processing matolin and their possible use was described. As a basic issue was solved the technological equipment for processing of matolin, focusing on separation of grapevine seeds and subsequent pressing of oil. For each technological operation, possible variants of machines were selected. The present state of grape processing is presented both in the Czech Republic and in selected wine-growing operations. The net yield of seeds for subsequent pressing of grape oil ranges from 5 to 7% of the weight of the processed grapes. Pure grape-oil molding, ie. the amount of oil after filtration varies between about 5-9%, depending on the grape variety. of one kilogram of wine kernels can be pressed about 50-90 grams of grape oil. The cost of processing one kilogram of grape seed and pressing grape seed oil from wine grains is 26,40 CZK / kg. At the selling price of crude oil CZK 300 it is more than ten times the profit. The created design of the technological equipment for the processing of matolin is complemented by the capacities of individual machines. At the end, the cost of grape oil production and the cost of processing grapevine seeds for the medium and small vintages are calculated. The market price of the treated oil was determined on the basis of a market survey, see Tab. 5, is about 1300 CZK / kg. It is necessary to take into account that the price already reflects the final adjustments like, directing, producer's profit, dealer's sales margin, marketing costs and more. The selected winemaking enterprise has a gross profit of CZK 385,000. The investment costs for the assembly line for the processing of matolin are CZK 850,000. The return on investment is 2.2 years. It was recommended to separate the grapevine seeds and press the grape oil. For a small winery, the gross profit is CZK 139,000. The investment costs for the assembly of the processing line for matolin (about 1/3 times less than for the medium wine-growing enterprise) are CZK 570,000. The return on investment is 4.1 years. Rather, it was not recommended to separate the grapevine and grape seed.
Réva a víno v malířství a malířství ve vinných etiketách
Kapičková, Michaela
The primary goal of this thesis is to depict a development of wine and vine in art and development of wine labels. Special emphasis is placed on perception of wine labels as works of art. The most significant change in that perception caused Château Mouton Rothschild with their design labels. This work is divided into two parts. First part, which is summarizing depiction of wine and vine in art throughout the ages, shows that wine culture is inseparably connected to the human culture. Emphasis are here put on a link between the historical circumstances and actual state of winemaking and viticulture, because it influences the artists and consequently their works of art. The second part is dealing with development of wine labels and their perception as works of art. Special focus is placed on design labels of Château Mouton Rothschild, because they changed the way, how are wine labels perceived. Mouton Rothschild also drew attention to long-term interconnection of art and wine.
Vplyv podpníkov na kvalitu hrozna a vína u odrody Cerason
Kondáš, Marek
This study deals with the effect of rootstock varieties on quantitative and qualitative parameters in the grafted grape variety. The introduction, in form of literature review presents rootstocks, theoretical postulates for its use and its impact on the quality of the harvest. Basic qualitative parameters considering grapevine are presented as well. The second part includes a rootstock experiment with interspecific vinegrape variety 'Cerason'. It describes the setting up of the experiment, the material used and mehodology selected for its execution and then presents the results obtained. The Conclusion provides for discussion and breif review of the topic examined. The Annex offers additional data supporting the study. Keywords: grapevine, rootstocks, quality, Cerason
