Mountain pension

This diploma thesis solves the project of four-storey, partly cellared mountain pension situated in the plant number 645/2 in the cadastral area in Deštné in Orlické hory. The building has a capacity of 44 seats to accommodate 72 persons in the restaurant and 57 persons in the wellness center. There is a wellness center with fitness room and engine room of air-conditioning system in the basement. There is an entrance hall with hotel base, restaurant, sanitary facilities and utility room with boiler room on the first floor. The second and third floor is designed for accommodation. There is an outdoor terrace of restaurant. The building has a load-bearing wall system. The load-bearing walls and the partition walls are bricked up of the porous concrete YTONG bricks and sand-lime bricks SILKA. The walls are insulated of mineral wool thickeness 200 mm and EPS Perimeter thickeness 140 mm underground section and plinth area. The ceiling structure are made of the prestressed hollow core panels spiroll thickness 250 mm and wooden beamed ceiling. There is a saddle wooden roof. The windows and the doors are made by the company Progress. The part of facade of the building is ventilated. This project is designed by the computer software ArchiCAD.
House for two generations

The subject of this thesis is to design a two-generation detached house. The building plot is located in the Slovak Republic, on the outskirts of village Okoč. The house is designed for a family of four, and two grandparents, one of whom is in a wheelchair, so the part of the house is solved accessible. House has two floors without basement and is divided into two dwelling units, which are interconnected. The property also includes a garage and a covered parking place, each for one car only. Perimeter walls of the house will be made of aerated concrete blocks YTONG P4-500. The ceilings are designed as half-prefabricated from reinforced concrete beams, aerated concrete liners, reinforcement and concreting. The detached house is covered with flat single-roof.
Guesthouse "U ODry"

The subject of this diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new building - pension U Odry in Přerov-Kozlovice. Accommodation capacity is 36 people. In the pension there is also restaurant. The building is designed as a three-storey. On the first floor there are rooms for guests entering the accommodation facility, facilities for accommodation, technical facilities of the building and the restaurant, including premises for its operation. There are guest rooms on the second and third floors. The bases are made up of strip foundations. The external loadbearing mansards and partitions are made of YTONG lightweight concrete blocks. The internal loadbearing masonry is made of SILKA lime-sand blocks. The ceiling structure is designed from SPIROLL prestressed concrete floor slab. The roofing of the building is solved using flat vegetation roofs.
Motel

The project was prepared with complete documentation of a new Motel at the level of building construction documentation. Motel has a capacity of 25 double beds and one single bed for the disabled. Built-up area is 984,2 square meters. Enclosure is designed as a flat roof. The supporting structure of the building consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Building design emphasizes on static solution and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety of use. Drawings were processed in software for design - AutoCad
Apartment building

The subject of bachelor thesis is the composition of project documentation of an apartment building at edge of city Bučovice. Apartment building is four-storey building without a basement and is detached building on almost flat terrain, consisting of several parcels, on the cadastral unit of Bučovice. The object is connected to the local road on the north side of the property. Between the object and the communication is parking for the user object, which has 17 parking spaces. The ground floor is divided into the dwelling unit and the technical facilities. Other storeys are divided into the two dwelling units and these units have balconies. The walls are composed of aerated concrete blocks YTONG, in combination with an acoustic internal sand-lime blocks and are based on concrete foundation strips. The celling is reinforced light-weight clay concrete LIASTROP. The floors are heavy floating. The roof is green warm flat roof. The whole object is insulated with contact thermal instulation from mineral isolation MULTIPOR and expanded polystyrene. The drawing part was drawn in AutoCAD.
Family residence

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of documentation for the construction of a family house in the village of Medlovice (district of Vyškov). The building is designed as a partly basement building with two above-ground floors. In the basement there are technical facilities and spaces for relaxation. The first floor is mostly for social purposes with access to the terrace and courtyard. There is also a garage for two cars and a workshop. The second floor is mostly relaxing, but there is also a study and working room. Roof is solved by the construction of a nailing truss with a slope of 23 ° of a saddle shape. Roofing of the adjoining garage is also a construction of the balcony. The building is designed from the Ytong porous concrete system, except the masonry of the basement, which is made from blocks of Best lost formwork. Through the entire perimeter of the house there is stone tiling.
Wellness Hotel

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a newbuilt wellness hotel located in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is designed as a non-basement one with three floors. It is visually divided into several parts. On the first floor there are two operational parts – a wellness and a restaurant. On the second and third floor there are small apartments for temporary guests' accommodation. The building foundations are made of concrete and reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structure is made of aerated concrete blocks and sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof of the first floor is designed as a one-layer flat extensive green roof. The roofing of a main reception is designed by a sloping roof and the third floor as three adjoining sloping roofs. These roofs are formed by a system of aerated concrete roof panels and a water-dissipating layer of folded sheet metal. The building is insulated with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The part of the facade consist of facade cladding strips and part of the render of light color.
Exhibition gallery in Brno

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of exhibition gallery in the city center of Brno. The exhibition gallery consist of exhibition rooms, depositories, lecture hall, café, VIP room, entrance and communication spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, administrative premises of the gallery, air-conditioning and heating machinery. The SO01 object is processed in detail, the object SO02 is processed in the form of a study. Design of the exhibition gallery is based on the requirements of the student competition, the sponsor is Xella CZ, s.r.o. SO01 is designed as a four-storey building with three above-ground and one underground floors. The building has an exhibition area, a lecture hall, a café, a VIP room, entrance and communicative spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, air-conditioning machinery. The supporting structure of the building is designed as an assembled, prefabricated, reinforced concrete skeleton. Ceiling structures are designed as SPIROLL 250 mm pre-stressed ceiling panels. The facade is designed as two-layer ventilated. The exhibition gallery is designed with a single-layer flat vegetation roof.
Kindergarden

The aim of diploma thesis is a design project documentation of kindergarden in the construkction phase. The task was to design the most appropriate solution all of building structures in terms of construction and thermal engineering. The kindergarten will serve for education for children from 3 to 6 years old. In object are designes three departments. Individual departments are designes for total capacity 20 children. In the kindergarten there will lbe heating or preparation of only cold dishes. The kindergarten is designed single-storey with construct hight 4,25 m. Southern part of the building, where it is located ondividual departments, is designed breathable fasade. Zhe main entrance to the object is situated to the east side. Construction systém of the object is bricked from silicon-based porous concrete blocks. The roof is designed flat, vegetative. Filling of holes is made of wood-aluminum.
Masonry Family House Made of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks

The bachelor thesis solves a two-storey family house, with partial basement, roofed with a flat roof. The house is located on the outskirts of a small village Mariánka in western Slovakia. It is designed for the housing of a four-member family. The above-ground floor is designed from Ytong block. External wall of the basement are designed from permanent concrete formwork and thermal insulation. The house is divided into a two-storey part roofed with a vegetation roof and a single-storey part roofed with a walkable flat roof, which is accessible to the second floor. In the northwest part of the house there is a ventilated facade designed from bearing steel grid with non-flammable chipboards. On the first floor there is a vestibule, a corridor with a staircase, a living room connected with a dining room and a kitchen, a food chamber, a separate toilet, a study room and a guest room. The second floor consists of two children's bedrooms, a bedroom with a separate bathroom with a wardrobe. Furthermore, there is a designed bathroom and wardrobe, primarily designed for use by children and a terrace accessed from the corridor. The basement consists of a sauna area, a utility room and a storage space.
