The thesis evaluated occurrence and harmfulness of weeds on the lands grown in organ-ic and conventional farming in 2014 and 2016. Two companies (AGRODELTA, s. r.o. a JASNO, spol. s r.o.) used monitored lands on a daily basis. Following crops were evaluated in organic farming: winter wheat under sowing with vetch, winter wheat and triticale under sowing with vetch, spring oat with field pea and spring oat. In terms of conventional farming, following crops were evaluated: winter rape, winter wheat, spring wheat under sowing with alfalfa, maize around sowing by winter barley, maize and al-falfa. Total number of evaluated weeds in terms of organically managed fields is 34, while in conventionally managed fields the number of evaluated weeds was 24. Follow-ing weed species in organically managed fields were selected as the most dangerous and harmful: Tripleurospermum inodorum, Sinapis arvensis, Cirsium arvense a Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia. In case of conventionally managed fields, most dangerous and harmful weed species were Tripleurospermum inodorum, Cirsium arvense, Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia, Echinochloa crus-galli a Elytrigia repens.

Weed infestation was carried out in the vegetation of oilseed rape and winter wheat in the operating conditions. The aim was to observe a difference between between autumn and spring in the weed species composition in individual crops. Species Chenopodium strictum and Thlaspi arvense were identified in the vegetation of oilseed rape in autumn and species Capsella bursa-pastoris and Tripleurospermum inodorum during spring. Species Euphorbia cyparissias, Stelaria media and Rumex crispus were found in winter wheat during autumn. Results, which are not statistically significant, show that there is a relation between the density of winter crop vegetation and the weed species composition. Species Chenopodium strictum, Thlaspi arvense, Triticum aestivum and Tripleurospermum inodorum occurred in sparse population of oilseed rape. Species Lycopsis arvensis and Polygonum arenastrum were found in denser vegetation of oilseed rape. Species Avena fatua, Stelaria media and Thlaspi arvense were observed in sparse population of winter wheat and in denser species Geranium dissectum and Erodium cicutarium.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the species composition of vegetation in a selected wine village. The vegetation evaluation was carried out on three vineyards (Staré vinohrady, Koválov, Horní díly) using a floristic inventory of found species. There were set up vineyard passage routes in the designated area. On the free vineyards were recorded 95 plant varieties together. In addition, an assessment of the species composition of vegetation was carried out on the basis of phytosociological pictures on three different vineyards (V1-production vineyards, V3-old vineyards, V4-newly planted vineyards). In each vineyard were selected 10 habitats. At each habitats were selected 3 phytosociological images. And each images in cultivated belt, stem belt and grass belt. On the three vineyards were discovered 66 different plant species. The evaluation was performed during June and July 2016. The values obtained were statistically evaluated by DCA and CCA analyzes. The vineyard V1 was the most represented Lolium perenne L., Arrhenatherum elatius (L.) J. Preslet C. Presl a Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop. The vineyard V3 was the most represented Calamagrostis epigeos (L.) Roth, Arrhenatherum elatius (L.) J. Preslet C. Presl a Potentilla erecta (L.) Räuschel. The vineyard V4 was the most represented Amaranthus retroflexus L., Chenopodium album L. a Portulaca oleracea L.

The aim of the thesis was to find out the actual weed infestation of selected crops at Mr. Bělín´s farm, which is situated in the Olomouc region in a village called Čelčice. The monitoring was carried out in winter wheat, spring barley, winter rape and sugar beet. Evalution was carried out counting methods and the results of the weed infestation evaluation were processed with the DCA analysis. The canonical corespondence analysis showed that in the winter wheat were found : Tripleurospermum inodorum, Stellaria media, Galium aparine, Lamium purpureum, Brassica napus. In the spring barely were: Capsella bursa-pastoris, Stellaria media, Lamium purpureum, Thlaspi arvense, Galium aparine. In winter rape were: Lamium purpureum, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Tripleurospermum inodorum, Stellaria media, cereals. In sugar beet were: Galium aparine, Chenopodium album, Tripleurospermum inodorum, Amaranthus retroflexus, Polygonum lapathifolium, Atriplex patula.

Monitoring took place in a company called Zetaspol, s.r.o., which manages on 550 hectares of fertile ground in Prostějov, in the vicinity of the village Bedihošť. The company Zetaspol, s.r.o. deals with production of seeds and higher propagation stands of wheat winter, spring barley, peas, oats, mustard or millet, but also this company produces beet, maize and rape. The monitoring was done in four plants of winter rape, on which it was observed 29 species of weeds. In general, we can say, that on the land of Kalta, Víkend and Blatec was weed spectrum detailed. On the land U Skalky we can observe weeds somewhat different. For example, the most represented species can be named Viola arvensis, Tripleurospermum inodorum, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Papaver rhoeas, Triticum aestivum, but the Chamomilla recutita, Descurainia Sophia are also worth mentioning.
Plevele ozimé pšenice a střídání plodin

The effect of crop rotation on actual weed infestation The aim of the thesis is to evaluate crop rotation on winter wheat weed infestation. Observations were performed at the field trial Žabčice (department of Mendel University Brno ) experimental sites. For year experiment (2015-2016) we used the arithmetic method and Statistica.CZ software for the statistical processing and evaluation of the individual plants and species. To determine the impact of followed factors on individual weed species, the detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) with redundand and canonical correspondence analysis, (CCA) were applied. The crop rotation greatly affects weed infestation and has a potential to reduce weed infestation in crops.
Vyhodnocení intenzity zaplevelení polních plodin v podmínkách odlišného střídání plodin
Hrubý, Roman
In the thesis, I focused on evaluating the intensity of weed of field crops, depending on their substitution and different tillage. The intensity of the weed was assessed in 2016 at the experimental station of the Mendel University in Žabčice. Weed evaluation was carried out in spring barley crops, which were planted in two field trials with different crop rotation. The first field trial is a long spring barley monoculture, which was established in 1970. In the second field trial is Norfolk rotation by rotation. In both experiments, there are two variants of tillage, and traditional and minimization. Evaluation of the intensity of weed infestation was carried out before the application of herbicides. The evaluation has been found that species composition of weeds in spring barley has a significant effect rotation. The variants with long-term monoculture of spring barley were found significantly fewer individuals than weeds on versions with Norfolk coppice.
