The plot is 9 houses designed with different functions. The main function of the home storage vessels. Other additional functions are a café, gym, spa, garage, car, boat garage, offices, locker rooms and club athletes.Houses are made of glued trusses shaped house with a gable roof. The facade is composed of titanium zinc surface. The glass facade is just in front of a house. The houses are oriented differently. Shielding is provided by means of sliding shutters.

Description of machine tool frames.

This work describes the machine tool frames via background research. There are basic requirements for the frames included in this work. It is focusing especially on static and dynamic rigidity. Thereinafter you can find in my work all the ways of making the frames and also the materials which are used during their production. Last but not least I am presenting some examples of constructions single parts of the frame and all the ways of their attachment to the ground.

This bachelor thesis analyses real estate market in certain locality and ways of funding of particular property at determined market prices. In first theoretical part it explains basic terms of real estate market and identifies particular kinds of estate. Furthermore it describes formation of market prices and real estate market, researches possibilities of real estate funding. In second practical part there is done analysis of real estate market of Hradec Králové in particular, while it is divided to individual market segments for its every district; on model example there is described acquiring of funds for particular piece of real estate.

Panel painting and its application in contemporary art

This bachelor thesis is consisted of two parts a theoretical and a practical part which correspond thematically with one another. Their common denominator is a painting on a wooden panel. The theoretical part will deal with the composition of the panel painting in the Middle Age just like with the Gothic art of the 13th 14th century (with consideration to the Czech artists).
