Studied object, new building with polyfunctional use, is part of the city Brno, occurred in the city quarter Líšeň. Part of the project is not only the architectonic object itself but also the solution for its environment. In the Bachelors work is taken into account the placing of the parcel onsteep land or orientation of the house within the frame of cardinal directions. The multifunctional building of this Bachelors work is drawn as a house offering various possibilities of health care – „Health house“. There is situated medical surgery, dental surgery, laboratory or pharmacy. But there is also a commercial space for relaxation or exercise rooms and a coffee room. The object has four floors, two underground floors and two overground floors. The underground floors offer parking of employees and visitors and the technical room is also situated there. The overground floors offer health care and commercial usage. Both overground floors have sanitation provisions and the whole building is barrier free. Boháčová, Denisa ; Myslín, Jiří (referee) ; Myslín, Jiří (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The theme of the project is the design of Jan Petrák winery in Kobylí. Currently there is a family house with a backyard where is also situated an agricultural building for the production of sparkling wines. The house is semi-detached, connected to the neighbouring house by its southeastern wall/part. The establishment consists of two floors and no basement, it has a regular shape and is topped with a saddle roof. Its attributes correspond to those of the surrounding family houses. The color of the facade of the building is white and is combined with wooden slats that are used as a shield and ensure privacy. The agricultural building is designed as a low green-roofed building with photovoltaic panels. The establishment itself will be solved as a reconstruction using the existing walls. The aim was to make the courtyard as light as possible, while also creating a shelter that enables work in bad weather. There are three parking slots in the courtyard, one of which is parking space for the disabled. Further, there are hidden waste bins for sorted waste and an access to the garden and to the agricultural production facility. The construction of a family house with a wine cellar and wine tasting is divided into three functional units in terms of the layout solution: on a private, public, and operational/service unit. The public unit serves for the visiting customers as a place where they can taste and buy the sparkling wines. The public part of the family house is designed as barrier-free. The private part consists of a family home and an office. The operating unit consists of a technical room and a bonded warehouse. The customs warehouse is used to preserve finished wine sects without requiring immediate payment of customs debt.

Ponava Centre Brno, Královo Pole
Chytilová, Markéta ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
The main idea in dealing with my thesis was to design a high quality public space where people will feel comfortable, safely and have a reason to come back. Furthermore, this is the place to be full of life and will serve the general public. The cultural center, that was designed, to become part of Královo Pole cultural campus, so-called K2-center, which will create a basis for free time activities, relaxation and education. A significant part of the proposed building is made up of multi-functional hall, library, restaurant, teen center and spaces for leisure time activities. On the ground floor will be located business parter and coffee bar. The aim of my project was to take into account what is most needed for inhabitants of Královo Pole for the purpose to meet the demands for quality leisure time for the widest spectrum of people. There is an effort to place the object itself as the most sensitive, given the current surrounding areas. The aim was not to design a huge object but especially a pleasant environment functioning as a center of leisure time activities.
