Warehouse Greenhouse Březhrad - construction technology project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of a construction and project for the construction of the building of the Greenhouse warehouse with administration in the village of Březhrad. The thesis includes a technical report for the construction and technology project, coordination of the traffic situation including the design of transport routes and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. In addition, the calculation of the construction, the object time and financial plan and the time plan of the main construction object are addressed. The work also includes a list of works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities for the main construction object. In addition, the work deals with the design of the site facilities including the technical report and the design of the main machinery assemblies. A technological regulation for the implementation of the deep foundation of the building including a control test plan, a noise study and a specialised chapter dealing with the assessment of options for the implementation of retaining walls have also been prepared.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with deep foundation biotechnological pavilion M Mendel university Brno. This new building will have 2 floors underterrain and 2 aboveterrain. Object M consists of 2 independent construction parts connected by the hall. Bachelor´s thesis deals with: deep foundation based on large diameter concrete piles, drilling, soil compacting and little excavation works, concrete foundation slab. The bachelor´s thesis also deals with construction zone equipment, time schedule, site plan – building situation with wide transport relations, itemized budget, machinery for foundation construction, schedule of exams and controls of deep foundation and at least safety and health protection at work.
Construction-technological stage of founding an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building substructure in Uherske Hradiste. The building is based on drilled piles, reinforced foundation strips and a foundation slab. The thesis contains a technical report, construction logistics, technological specifications for earth works and foundation constructions, an inspection and test plans. There is also provided item budget including bill of quantities, a construction schedule, a machine assembly proposal, design of the site equipment including the technical report and occupational safety and health protection.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the construction of an administrative building with garages in Prague. The building is located in an enclosed area in the Prague-Veleslavín district. The main subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of construction - object, a study of implementation of main technological stages of building, a project of the site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of main building, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceiling structures, a quality control and testing plan for monolithic ceiling structures. The diploma thesis also includes the calculation of construction according to THU, a occupational health and safety plan, concreting economics, a noise study, a selected points LEED certification and a budget with site equipment costs.
Renewable Energy by Foundation of Buildings

Industry is facing new sustainability challenges to achieve carbon neutrality due to the need to reduce the massive environmental pollution that has escalated in recent decades. The construction industry is responding to these challenges by developing new ecological technologies. The answer to sustainability in construction is renewable energy sources. By their correct implementation, it is possible to achieve a relatively significant reduction in the consumption of fossil fuels. Such technologies include energy piles. Recent research has made great strides in the development of energy piles, but significant improvements in technology are still needed. This article describes the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of energy piles and essential aspects of geotechnical design.

Sadova, Apartment building M1 - construction technology project

The aim of the diploma thesis is construction-technological project of the whole construction focusing on the main building object - Apartment building, which is based on large-diameter drilling piles. The basis of the work is the budget of the main building and its timetable. Part of the thesis is a solution of organization of construction and design of building site equipment, technological regulation of selected activities, quality control and solution of transport relations including oversized transport. In addition, the design of the machine assembly, assessment of lifting mechanisms, safety and health protection and protection of the environment are solved.
Analysis of pile load test

There is ussualy used the Masopust's method to assessment the piles in Czech Republic. This method is based on statistical processing of large data set of load piles tests. Due to the using of regression coefficients this method is relatively complicated and not very transparent. Instead, foreign standards ussualy use direct the values of limit stress on the base of piles and unit friction capacity. Procedure for determining the bearing capacity of the piles is thus considerably simplified. In this thesis the Masopust's method is compared with the methods used in Germany and Austria. This comparison provides insight to the safety level that include various approaches.
Securing of Foundation Pit CARLA in Brno
