Influence of land adjustments on the degree of implementation inTerritorial system of ecological stability for cadastral in South Bohemian Region in the field of intensive agriculture
TALPAŠOVÁ, Simona
The aim of the work was to assess and evaluate the impact of a complex land adjustment for the implementation of the territorial system of ecological stability in the selected cadastral territory. The assessment was done by comparison of the state territorial system of ecological stability before and after implementation of land adjustment. Revisions were made in the field, whether the elements perform their function. Measures were proposed based on this revision, which may serve as recommendations for the management of composite parts. Revisions were made in the field, whether the elements perform their function. For this purpose was chosen cadastral territory Dynín in South Bohemia. It was found by the selected methodology that the environmental stability of the complex land adjustment did not change. The hypothesis that land adjustment affects the ecological stability, was therefore confirmed.
Evalution of the links between the elements of territorial systems.
ČÍŽEK, Ladislav
This tesis is focused on a comparison of the major elements of territorial systems. That means an existing state before planned comprehensive land consolidation and expected state after comprehensive land consolidation. This was followed by evaluation of the links between the elements. These are erosions measures, regional system of ecological stability, road network, and water management measures. After selecting the area of interest I made detailed field research and I evaluated the condition of the road network and the hydric skeleton of the landscape. The evaluation was mainly focused on technical condition of roads and watercourses. Then I dealed with the proposed measures, in which I reviewed whether they are sufficient for the given area. Finally I discussed the possibilities of extending the proposed measures, especially the perspective of comprehensive land consolidation.
The historical development of unpaved road network in given cadastral territory
MÁCHA, Jiří
The aim of the work was to assess and evaluate the historical development of road networks from the view of their projection in a comprehensive land adjustment. For this purpose, three cadastral areas, that represent a wide range of natural conditions, were chosen. Historical stages, in which the road network has been captured, were determined and studied in detail. To create an overview of the unpaved roads, evaluation criteria, by which individual areas were selected and compared in the chosen historical stages, were designed. On the basis of the results, the turning points of unpaved roads development were determined and their causes were described. The accomplished analysis of the road network in particular historical periods gives a clear overview in development of unpaved roads and arrangement of individual land lines. Historical image of unpaved road network, as an integrated complex, can be used only as inspirational material within the plan projection. This material has to be revised according to current legislation requirements, standards and wishes of landowners.

Evaluation of effectiveness of designed and implemented land consolidation
VRBKA, Jaromír
The thesis deals with the state of the territory in the Českokrumlovsko-region before the land consolidation and the design and implementation state. As model land consolidation, the comprehensive land consolidation of Přídolí was chosen with a detailed examination of the plan of the common facilities. Individual measures in the plan of the common facilities were studied in the design, evaluated in the terrain and possibly supplemented by further proposals. The reconnaissance showed that the elements suggested in the selected land consolidation do not correspond with the real state. The acquired results were generalized for the projection of the comprehensive land consolidation. The problem turned out to be a fact, that the most suggested measures remain unimplemented.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the common facilities within comprehensive land consolidation
DUB, Vlastimil
This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current state of common facilities and the following draft of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral territory of Dolní and Prostřední Svince. In the scope of the common facilities, the survey focused on the network of roads/paths and subsequently its elaboration in the form of a digital map. After the survey of the followed territories in the terrain the current state was processed which showed the individual advantages and disadvantages. By means of the evaluating criteria the effectiveness of the common facilities within comprehensive land consolidation for zones of interest was tested. The target of the performed evaluation and the draft of measures is the total improvement and strengthening of effectiveness of individual common facilities within comprehensive land consolidation.
