This bachelor thesis deals with the agrotouristic use of the equestrian complex. The be-ginning of the work is characterized by rural tourism, the history and importance of ag-ro-tourism and organizations supporting rural tourism. In the next chapter I will focus on the characteristics of Předklášteří area where the ranch is located. I also mention the work, the origin, the development, the current situation of the ranch, what it deals with and what services it offers to the visitors. One chapter also informs about breeding hor-ses, what their use is and what horse is suitable for agro-tourism. The aim of this work was the technical and economical evaluation of traffic using SWOT analysis with a view to the function in rural tourism. Finally, I present the evaluation of the operation and other possibilities of development Loučka Ranch.

This diploma thesis examines the current state of rural tourism in Russia. The aim of this work is to analyze the potential interest among the inhabitants of the Czech Republic and to compare the results with available literature. A part of this thesis is a survey, which by means of the Internet questionnaires investigated the views of the respondents on the given topic. One hundred and two respondents took part in the survey. For the sake of clarity, graphs with individual answers are embedded into the work. The study also includes an assessment of the demand for rural tourism services in Russia. In conclusion, recommendations to owners of businesses, mainly aimed on promotion and advertising are provided.

Rurální cestovní ruch a jeho dopady na složky životního prostředí

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare and assess the environmental, economic and social impact of services provided by the selected subjects engaged in rural tourism. The literary review identified and described the basic concepts of multifunctional agriculture, green and rural/country tourism and agritourism, the differences between so-called hard and soft tourism was also explained. An assessment and inventory analysis were done based on data from a survey of the studied subjects / service providers. The hourly CO2 emission rate of services offered was assessed from the data and information obtained from the Ecoinvent database. At the same time, the basis for an indicative assessment of the economic efficiency of services was calculated.

Turismus ve venkovském prostoru - příklad obcí Švihov a Strážov

The main objective of the thesis was to find out current situation in tourism in two towns in Klatovy district and to compare these results with the potential of a place for tourism. Specifically, the towns were Strážov and Švihov, which are similar in population. The theoretical part contains the facts from literature related to tourism, rural area and rural tourism. In the research part both towns are characterized and these characteristics are supplemented with photos. The results of the survey for visitors and the results of the local inhabitants survey, as well as the interviews with the mayors are evaluated.

Tourism in czech villages of romanian Banat

My bachelor thesis is about tourism in rural areas, mainly about Czech villages which are located in region Banat in Romania. The main goal of my thesis is to map and show Banat as tourist destination. By using case study I would like to also evaluate the influence of tourism on villages and surrounded nature of model area. In theoretical part there are explained terms such as tourism and its influence, rural tourism, rural location and region Banat. Practical part compares data collected from theoretical and methodological basis and data collected during field investigation. There are interviews with local businessmen, hosts and Czech tourists, together with survey for tourists. I analyse attitudes of local residents toward possible further development of tourism in Czech villages in Romania and also influence of tourism on life in villages and surrounded countryside.

Tourism in rural space - Case study of the Havlíčkova Borová village

This thesis deals with tourism in the rural area, which can be divided into various forms and kinds. Main object of this work is to chart region of Havlíčkův Brod as a tourist destination and to analyze situation in detail by form of a case study in the municipality of Havlíčkova Borová. In the theoretic part there is explanation of terms from professional literature concerning provincial tourism, kinds and forms in rural area. There is following characteristics of Region Vysočina and region of Havlíčkův Brod. In practical part there is description of selected municipality, then practical part rates its potential for activities of provincial tourism and compares data acquired by questionnaire survey. On basis of this research there were opinions and attitudes of local people found out and consequently there was rated if tourism in this municipality is used well.

Gentle forms of tourism can be defined as tourism that focuses on nature, culture and historical wealth. The theoretical part includes a literary research focused on the description and geography of tourism, tourism psychology, motivation and travel experience. An important part is the issue of the negative impacts of tourism, where afterwards the gentle forms of tourism are highlighted. The presented work is focused mainly on the attractiveness of agrotourism as a form of leisure time, where it is mainly about the trace of public interest. Another, no less important goal is to find out the contribution of agro-tourism to the participants and the village, the attractiveness of the Šumava for visitors, the reason for the establishment of agrotourism farms and the support of the state.

Význam agroturistiky pro rozvoj Dačicka

This thesis deals with agrotourism, a specific form of rural tourism. Agritourism is a leisure activity typically in rural conditions. The thesis present an overview of characteristics of tourism, as well as its types and forms. It states the basic localization, implementation and selective factors for the development of agri-tourism, and a brief description of Dačice micro: region. The application part of the thesis includes an analysis of agritourism facilities exisiting in the Dačice micro:region. The conclusion is formed by a summary of positive and negative effects playing role in importance and development of agrotourism in the region of Dačice. After evaluating the positive and negative influences on the potential development of the micro:region Dačice, it was concluded that Dačice is a potential destination for rural tourism development. The main factors contributing to the attractiveness of the area are, good natural conditions and favorable prices of services for the visitors. The owners of the agritourism facilities stries thought their activities to help their customers to relieve everyday stress, hustle, and introduce them to life in the country.

Rozvoj venkovského cestovního ruchu v Pasohlávkách a okolí

My bachelor thesis called Development of rural tourism in Pasohlavky and its surroundings opens with a definition of the terms tourism and rural tourism. The first part deals with a description of Pasohlavky village from the historical and geographical point of view. The following three chapters are focused on natural, cultural and histori-cal monuments in Pasohlavky and its surroundings which make this region a popular tourist destination not only for domestic but also for foreign tourists. Subsequently, the contemporary conditions and level of rural tourism in the given region are evaluated based on a SWOT analysis. In the final part, other options of developement of the local rural tourism are proposed in order that the region takes advantage of all its potential.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Options of Development of agrotourism in Ivančice region. Theoretical part of this thesis with the use of academic literature talks about tourism and especially agrotourism. Practical part of this thesis characterises the given area from the natural and cultural viewpoint and its touristic options. Furthermore, this thesis deals with an analysis of development of rural tourism at the present time with the help of SWOT analysing method. Second part concludes the findings from interviews with the potential providers of agrotouristic facilities in Ivančice region. Reader should have an idea of the present agrotourism in Ivančice region after reading this bachelor thesis.
