Non conventional applications of HIC´s
Klíma, Martin ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This thesis deals with non-conventional applications in the area of thick film technology, especially with indication of the temperature by thermodynamic sensors. The work summarizes thermodynamic sensors theory and also contains production data of the universal thermodynamic sensor realized on ceramic substrate, including measurement of its parameters and heat radiation.
Cutting module implementation into the Aurel ALS 300 trimming laser software
Štrympl, Martin ; Kosina, Petr (referee) ; Prášek, Jan (advisor)
is project deals with the implementation of a cutting module for trimming laser system Aurel ALS 300. The conversion programme designed to convert the Gerber format into the input laser format was written in C language. Integration of the conversion programme to the control programme of PROTOMAT laser was implemented in Visual Basic 6. The first part of the semester work describes the basic thick-film technology and the use of thick-film resistors trimming. An analysis of allowed input formats PostScript, DWG and Gerber follows. The Gerber format, which is analyzed in detail here, was selected as the input format for conversion. Input data of the laser Aurel ALS 300 are also analyzed. Finally the way of creation of the converstion programme and its use described here too.
Non conventional applications of HIC´s
Grund, Pavel ; Švecová, Olga (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
Within the frame of this bachelor’s thesis was carried out given circuit, a capacitive probe. Topology was created during the semester project. The realized hybrid integrated circuit combines two technologies – thick film technology and surface mount technology using SMD components. The bachelor’s thesis is divided on the theoretical part, which contains a description of the theoretical design and production of hybrid integrated circuit, also owns a design capacitive probe in hybrid form with a selection of components and calculates the size of the substrate thick film resistors, and a practical part. The practical part is described in detail the production of our HIC, including verification of functionality.
Possibilities of stencils production by a laser on the device AUREL 300
Doležel, Tomáš ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the possibilities of production of rework stencils using a trimming laser AUREL 300. The first part focuses on the basic description of the thick-film technology and the possibility of using lasers in this area. The most common methods of producing stencils for printing solder pastes are described in the next section. Machining of various non-traditional materials and the actual design, realization and testing of rework stencils for printing solder paste of these materials is documented in the practical part. Furthermore, options and recommendations for the production of rework stencils are given in this thesis.
Electrochemical sensor array
Šulc, Jakub ; Prášek, Jan (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
In recent years (Of late year)microelectronic technology significantly affected in the field of sensor technology, especially in the field of electrochemical sensors. This thesis deals with design and construction of thick-film voltammetric sensors array. The reason for proposal of voltammetric sensors array is to increase of speed, increase the accuracy and extension possibilities measurement compared with common systems.By reason of increase of sensitivity of these sensors it is efficient use the potentiostat chip for measurement output signal. Created sensors must fulfill the specified parameters and also requirements of thick-film technology. Next step is design the basic blocks of electronic circuit used to evaluate the measured values.
The system for measurement of little flow
Karásek, Eduard ; Prášek, Jan (referee) ; Adámek, Martin (advisor)
Diploma thesis solves how to create system for measurement of little liquid flows. The basic types of liquid flowmeter, which are possible used for measurement of little liquid flows, are described in the introduction part of thesis. The limit for little flow is often determined as flow 100 mg.min-1 and low. Second part of this thesis describes the ways of capillary production and practical experiments with them. Thesis is focused to thick film technology and LTCC technology. Next part of this work is solution of simple measuring unit for measurement of little flows less than 100 mg.min 1, which is controlled by microprocessor ATmega16. The measuring unit can be worked separately or can be connected to PC. The next possibility of flowmeter optimisation is summarized in end of thesis.
Development and characterization of new method of interconnection between leads and thick film layer
Hurtík, Pavel ; Skácel, Josef (referee) ; Otáhal, Alexandr (advisor)
This work deals with different ways of interconnection between leads and thick film. It also includes the development and characterization of a new method of connecting leads, namely spot welding on thick film technology. The tips of the welding pen were modified to reduce the size of the resulting welds. To achieve a better-quality connection is used galvanic platting of contact pads. Final welds were then tested by mechanical strength testing (shear test, peel-test) and the optical method of evaluating the quality of the weld using metallographic cutting was used. Using this technology, a new inseparable connection can be achieved.
Design of an electrochemical sensor for ethanol measurement
Božek, Jakub ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Otáhal, Alexandr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with printed electrochemical sensors and the measurement of glucose and ethanol in blood solution. The theoretical part describes the sensors, their distribution and applications. Then the thesis focuses in detail on electrochemical sensors, measurements and their electrodes. Then, in the practical part, the sensor designs, fabrication of the sensors and the measurements made are presented.
