The present thesis „Entrepreneurial project for grant from EU funds“ deals in the first part with the theoretical survey of EU funds as well as with their allocation and use in the Czech republic and how this fits in with the goal of helping weaker countries to develop. The second analytical part gives a description of the business plan and especially feasibility of project. I write up a study of feasibility in order to show the practicability of the complete plan. At the conclusion how is a short appreciation and formulation of goals for future process of realization.

The master’s thesis deals with possible variants of financing the investment project of the company XY Ltd., which manufactures rubber mats. One possibility is funding the project from the European Union funds. The theoretical part focuses on the EU, its structure, project preparation and risk assessment criteria. The practical part focuses on choosing a method for financing of the investment project with a subsequent recommendation for the company.

Diploma thesis deals with financing projects from EU funds and includes instructions on how to obtain subsidies from EU funds. Introductory part is devoted to theoretical information concerning European Union funds. In the main part of analyzing the situation HATRACO Company Ltd. and described the procedure for obtaining funds from the EU structural funds. The final section is devoted to evaluate the use of structural funds for the development of the company.

Investment Construction Co-financed from EU Funds

The main topic of my thesis called „Investment construction co-financed from EU Funds“ is basic description of principles and objectives of of structural (cohesion) policy including its development and instrument for its application – EU Funds. Specific attention is dedicated to Structural Funds and Cohesion Fund. The attention is also focused on Financial perspective for period 2007 – 2013 in theoretical part. Also the prediction for next multiannual financial Framework 2014+ is mentioned in the part. Practical part comprises description, analysis and evaluation of finished construction Project co-financed by Structural Funds. This project was carried out whithin Regional operation programme North-West and it solved the issue of „brownfields“ in the city center.

The Use of EU Funds in the Towns of Třeboň and Bechyně

The regional policy of the European Union or the cohesion policy is the second most important policy of the Europe-an Union according to expenditure of the EU budget. In the 2007-2013 programming period, regional policy was realized through the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund of the EU. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the descrip-tion of the cohesion policy of the EU as well as the implementation of this policy in the Czech Republic in the last seven-year programming period (2007-2013). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the use of EU funds in the 2007-2013 programming period. For comparison, two spa towns in South Bohemia are used - the town of Třeboň and the town of Bechyně and the attention is paid to support of tourism there. In conclusion, the obtained data are supplemented by interviews with representatives of local government.

This bachelor thesis deals with creating and lodging an application for a grant in Integrated Regional Operational Programme by Integrated Territorial Investments. For this purpose will be used Call no 55 of the IROP MA with is focused on sustainable forms of transport. Part of this bachelor thesis is also an application for a grant in the system ISKP+. The application is located in annexes.
