This bachelor thesis is focusing on the topic of land consolidation. In the litera-ry research part of the thesis the land consolidation itself and its development is de-fined. The goals and forms of land consolidation are also described there. The metho-dology part of the thesis is done strictly in accordance with the theory of execution of land consolidation. This part covers how the practical side of the thesis will be carried out and also describes the landscape character, relief structure and agricultural land resources of the chosen focus locality which is Branšovice village in South Bohemia region. Survey of the focus Branšovice terrain was needed for the composition of the practical part of the thesis. During this survey information about current state of the area concerning the characteristics of natural conditions, agricultural use of the land-scape or plans for common facilities in the focus territory were found out. All collected data can be used for execution of a complex land consolidation.

Preparation work for complex land consolidation projects

This bachelor thesis aims to undertake research, which could serve as a basis for complex land consolidation within a specific territory. For this bachelor thesis, I chose the cadastral territory of Lhota pod Horami, the South Bohemian Region. The first part of the thesis consists of literary research and includes basic information about land consolidation. The second part deals with general information about the chosen territory, the research process and about the used software. The third part includes a manual, which describes, how to undertake the research works (in accordance with the manual by doc. Dr. Ing. Petr Doležal and his team of authors, 2017). The final part of the thesis is a practical part. It contains information that was found out about the cadastral territory and concludes with a summary of these findings.

Provedení průzkumu zvolené lokality jako podkladu pro pozemkové úpravy

This bachelor thesis is focused on executing a survey of a chosen area as a base for a land consolidation. The literary research talks about basic terminology of the subject. Not only the definition of land consolidation but also its goals, forms, areas and the proceedings are described there. It is also covering the information concerning the characteristics of natural conditions, landscape description and a plan for common facilities. Next part of the thesis names the methods used to carry out the land survey. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the survey of the chosen territory according the current methodology of complex land consolidations. The registered area of Veselá u Častrova was processed in this survey. Recorded are results of evaluation of natural conditions, agricultural use of the land and detailed terrain survey. Selected parts are extended by suggested measures needed to take to improve the workings and usage of the land.

This master thesis deals with the elaboration of a plan regarding collective facilities in complex land consolidation within the cadastral area of Ločenice municipality. Introductory chapters focus on the theoretical part, in which land consolidation is described as well as the scope of exploratory work, which are necessary for the elaboration of the plan and its content. The content of the practical part is the evaluation of detailed survey of the terrain in the area of interest and the subsequent proposal of particular measures according to methodology. In conclusion, the results which emerged from the plan of collective facilitiesare evaluated. The results are processed in text and graphic form.

This diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a plan of joint facilities for comprehensive land treatment in the selected cadastral territory of Dolní Třebonín, located in the South Bohemian Region. The purpose of the thesis is the characterization and evaluation of the cadastral area as part of the need to implement these joint facilities: anti-erosion measures for the protection of agricultural land resources, measures for access to land, measures for protection and creation of the environment and water management measures. The theoretical part of this work is literary research. This section explains basic concepts such as land treatment, forms of land treatment, exploration works and joint facilities. The practical part describes the characteristics of the selected area, the exploration work in the given area and the proposal of the common facilities. The results are processed in textual and graphical form using ArcMap 10.0.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the explanation of basic terms from the area of land treatment and in the practical part focuses on the cadastral area Rájov. It explores the aims of land treatment, its financing and it remembers the historical development of land treatment. The practical part summarizes the analysis of the survey works carried out in the selected area. It contains the characteristics of natural conditions, especially geological, geomorphologic, hydrologic, climatic and soil conditions. The analysis includes description and evaluation of the state of the soil, hydrological conditions, the traffic system and landscape and its protection. Finally, this thesis contains a few suggestions, how to prevent irreversible damage of the landscape.

The thesis is focused on evaluation and proposal for completion of the territorial system of ecological stability in the cadastral area Libčeves. The issue consists of both theory and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the valid methodology and legislation for the anchoring of TSES elements. The practical part describes the natural conditions of the area of interest Libčeves, the assessment of the current state of the territorial system of ecological stability and its proposal for completion in the framework of comprehensive land consolidation.

Survey works as the basis for land consolidation projects

This bachelor thesis is focused on the literary research in the first part. It deals with the definition of the land treatment, its characteristic, forms and the procedure of land modifications. The thesis explains basic concepts related to this topic as well, especially geological and soil conditions, description of the territory, plans of common facilities, causes of soil vulnerability or water conditions. The practical part of the thesis contains a survey of a chosen cadastral area, namely the cadastral area Vlastec. The information gained serve as a basis for the performance of the complex land treatment. The complex land treatment procedure follows the methodology which contains the particular steps for that performance. The practical part of the thesis then shows the real condition of the cadastral area. The information obtained are related to the territory characteristic, natural conditions and economic use of the landscape. This part of the thesis also contains the description and the assessement of the transport system condition, soil protection, water conditions, landscape conditions, protection and of course several suggestions how to achieve lesser landscape devastation.

Processing of survey works in the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation project

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to process research works, which serves as a basis for complex land consolidation in the chosen cadaster area of Slavče near the town of Trhové Sviny. The literature research characterizes the land consolidations in general. Second part focuses on content of the research works. In the third part is introduced the used methodology and the last, practical part concerns about the area research itself. The main content of this part is gathering of necessary basis and evaluation of obtained information. The research describes the focused area in detail and characterizes its natural conditions, economic utilization, transport infrastructure and land protection. This work is a proper basis material for complex land consolidation of cadaster area of Slavče near the town of Trhové Sviny.

Design of the rural roads system within the plan of common facilities

The key issue of the submitted diploma thesis is road plan proposal as part of the plan of joint facilities for komplex land consoladition in the cadastral area Hradiště u Kaplice. The introductory chapters are focused on the theoretical basis of the thesis and the analysis of professional literature, followed by the methodology of the procedure and criteria of the design of the field paths in the plan of common facilities. An essential part of the thesis is the evaluation of a detailed field survey, a proposal for reconstruction and completion of the road network. The final part of thesis evaluates results of the proposed measures for land access. The results of the work are processed in text and graphical form.
