Rating mass concentration of airborne dust in road transport, depending on the amount of traffic and the environment
NOVOTNÝ, Jiří
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to assess the weight concentration of airborne dust in road transport in dependence to traffic intensity and environment. The measurement was performed on class 1, 2 and 3 roads. One to five vehicles following one another were measured on each road class, which simulated the traffic intensity. The measurement has shown that occurrence of airborne dust particles is many times higher on lower class roads than on the class 1 road. Several factors affect the resulting carriageway pollution. The road dirt level and character, intensity of traffic, choice of vehicle track as well as dirt location on the road are the main factors.
Rating mass concentration of airborne dust in road transport depending on the speed of vehicles
PÍŠEK, David
This thesis focuses on an evaluation of the mass concentration of airborne dust in road transport in relation to the speed of the vehicles. Initially described are airborne dust, its types, fractions and impacts on humans and living environment. Furthermore, the work devotes itself to the measures taken against dustiness, the effects and impacts of transport on living environment and the closely related EURO European emission limits. Part of the work also includes a description of the DustTRAK II 8530 measuring device and individual measurements of dustiness of fraction size 10 m (PM10) during the movement of two vehicles of different weights on selected transport routes. The values measured and their analysis show that the size of the dust matter concentration in the atmosphere is affected by several factors. The main factors are the level and nature of pollution and the type of transport routes, the intensity of traffic, the speed of passing vehicles, the chosen track of passing vehicles in the traffic lane and the distribution of dirt on the road.
Emissions of particulate matter in poultry farms
VACOVSKÝ, Miroslav
Among the considerable factors in poultry include climatic conditions, where the breeding takes place. This work focuses on the content of solid particles PM10 and PM2,5 occurring in this environment. These particles can negatively affect the health status of breeding and staff, ensuring the necessary care in poultry farming. Dust particles settle on the skin, where they have an irritant effect or are inhaled into the respiratory tract bodies of birds. These particles are transferred microorganisms causing a variety of diseases. It is therefore desirable to eliminate the amount of such particles to the maximum extent possible.
Rating mass concentration of airborne dust in the road transport depending on the type of pollution transport routes.
PÁVEK, Miroslav
In the thesis the values of air pollution re-suspended solid pollutants on the diameter of 10 micrometres (PM10) during the movement of vehicles of different categories of polluted roads routes. Measurements were carried out on three lines of transport operation of various vehicle categories as diverse weight and the type of pollution road. Measured values and analysis results show that the resulting air pollution in the vicinity of the road affects several factors. The main factors include the level and nature of the pollution of the road, then the distribution of impurities on the surface of the road, another factor is the overall traffic intensity and the way the brush options while driving the vehicle.
Map dust loads of road transport on the environment.
HANŽL, Jaromír
In this thesis, the main objective of implementing mass measurements of airborne dust in the road, depending on the traffic environment and obtain objective information about the actual performance of vehicles in road traffic on air pollution by emissions from non-combustion processes.
Analysis dependence of the weight concentration of flying dust in the village in relation on the influence of road cleaning.
POSPÍCHAL, Miroslav
The aim of this thesis was to provide a measuring of the weight concentration of flying dust in road traffic in dependence of traffic environment and also the acquirement of objective information about the real influence of roadcleaning. The measuring took place on a regular street in the centre of České Budějovice. At first the dust concentration was measured before the proces of cleaning. Next the street was cleaned by a compact sweepmachine and a second measuring took place. The results displayed, that the roadcleaning has a negative influence on the dust concentration in the air. The weight concentration of the flying dust rose about 50% to PM10= 0,077 mg.m-3. People going along the street were exposed to an excessive encumbarance, which could have in a longtime affect bad inflence on their health.
Analysis of emissions of particulate matter during the traffic proposal of measures to eliminate the occurrence and impact on the environment.
JIRAŇ, Josef
I dealt with the analysis of emissions of particulate matter during the traffic transport equipment in this work. I made measurements at five different locations with different pollution and various kind of transport. I wrote the measured values to the charts and I made assessment situation. I also made a proposal of measures to eliminate the occurrence and impact on the environment.
