In the introductory part of the bachelor thesis the individual legal regulations concerning the transport of dangerous goods by road are defined. Furthermore, the classification of dangerous goods according to the ADR agreement and the determination of the conditions for their correct marking, packaging and transport are presented. Then the written requirements for the transport of dangerous goods by road, which are necessary for the transport of dangerous goods within and outside the territory of the Czech Republic, are discussed. Another important part was the description of mandatory vehicle equipment, transport routes and their restrictions. Alternative ways of transporting dangerous goods are also mentioned in the thesis. From the information found, it can be evaluated, among other things, that transport of dangerous goods by road is more economically demanding than transport by ship. As a partial result of this work, innovative proposals for improving the approach to this issue are made.

Modern trends in logistics of shipments

Unstoppable digitization and globalization help to develop online shopping and the transport of goods is an integral part of this trend, so the bachelor's thesis "Modern trends in piece mail logistics" defines trends in piece shipments, especially in terms of e-commerce in the domestic and foreign markets. Furthermore, the work includes a questionnaire survey and controlled interviews, which provide an overview of existing delivery and thanks to these data, a solution for logistics practice is proposed at the end of the work.

Liability of Carriage by Contract Types

The aim of the thesis was to describe and compare relations arising from carriage of persons or articles, namely liability of contracting parties according to individual contractual types. Another goal was to compare individual principles of liability. Kinds of liability of the contracting parties ensuring carriage services by the contract type are as follows: (1) carrier - carriage of the person (a) timeliness of carriage, (b) damage to health, (c) damage to baggage carried with the passenger, (d) damage to the article which the passenger had with him during carriage (e) damage to baggage carried separately from the passenger; (2) carrier - carriage of goods a) loss of consignment, b) destruction of consignment, c) damage to consignment, d) depreciation of consignment, e) exceeding delivery time; (3) operator; (a) incapacity of the means of transport; (b) damage caused by operation of the means of transport; (4) lessor - incapacity of the means of transport; (5) storage provider - storage and custody of articles; (6) freight forwarder - provision of carriage; (7) mandatory - informing the mandator about true fulfillment of his order. The diploma thesis deals with the identification of specific problems which are typical in the field of logistics service providers (focusing on the optimalization of the transport of piece shipments). For the definition of specific problems the studying in professional resources, both domestic and foreign, realization of both quantitative and qualitative research among logistic companies focusing on the transport of piece shipments was needed. On the basis of defined specific problems of the provision of shipping service, possible solutions are proposed for their re-moval or reduction. Some suggestions for solutions of the identified problematic areas of the industry are applied to specific companies.

Bachelor thesis is entitled to topic Basic physical characteristics of gasoline and it is dividend to a few basic parts. In introduction is bachelor thesis devoted to a creation of petroleum and its extraction, becouse petroleum is a basic material in gasoline creation and another fuels. Next part is the longest part, and it is the fuel itself. In bachelor thesis is soluted its creation, use, characteristics, its advantages and disadvantages and the bachelor thesis is replenished with a legislative requirements of gasoline. In another chapter was made a concise summary of used fuels like CNG, LPG, bioethanol, biobuthanol and hydrogen and their characteristics were compared with gasoline characteristics. In conclusion of bachelor thesis it was replenished by an experiment, where is examined dependence of dynamic viscosity on temperature and dependence of gasoline density on temperature.

Bachelor thesis talks about asociated problems of transport of various dangerous substances, particulary road transport. This thesis also investigates the basic law principles asociated with transport of dangerous substances, the means of marking and labeling of vehicles suitable for their transport and possible accidents that have happened during their transport. Within the list of seleced dangerous substances you may find their respective physical, chemical and toxicological properties as a means to show what dangerous substances we encounter on daily basic eithout fully comprehending how thretening they might be. The last part of this thesis is focused on the construction of tanks to transport these substances in over long distances, particulary propellants. Also all the necessary equipment, safety and security precautions to eliminate the possibility of misuse. In the conclusion we investigated all the risks that may occur when transporting dangerous substances.

Engineering design of conveyor

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a conveyor for transporting welded beams with variable dimensions. At the beginning of the work are listed some conveyors, which are commonly used in practice. Following analysis of available design solutions, design designs of equipment, their description and based on comparison was chosen the most suitable design solution. In the course of work is performed safety analysis of selected nodes. At the end of the work is evaluated the whole construction and elaborated the drawing documentation of the device. The proposed solution can also be used to transport parts of similar shapes.
