Thermal technical faults in the context of their possible impact on the price of real estate
Hlavsa, Petr ; Rašovská, Lucie
Thermal technical faults of buildings do not immediately mean life threatening danger in comparison with momentous static faults. However, it’s not possible to underrate them. On the one hand they can carry an increased requirement of energy, on the other they very often endanger sound living conditions and thermal comfort. Even the possible reduction in the esthetic value of a space, which is affected by a fault, is not negligible. The occurrence of surface condensation is a frequent manifestation from fault. Often times this condensation accompanies the formation of mold on the surface of a structure. This article deals with possible ways to detect this kind of a fault, shows feasible data analysis from flaw detection, and suggests possible remedies to eliminate the effects of this fault. These remedies are further analyzed in terms of the potential impact on the price of real estate, namely on the price of dwelling affected by humidity fault.
Assessement of reasons of facade attack with external thermal contact insulation system (etics)
Zvěřina, Aleš
The fasade biotic attack with external thermal contact insulation system (ETICS) can occure due to many different reasons. There are often reasons which relate to humidity in building construction, it determinatives for fungus grow. But often is dismiss, that spare of fungus are placed at nearest surroundings of assesmented ETICS and with humidity dotation attack overlying surface of ETICS in risk places of building. The goal of article is to show procedures and methods including diagnostics methods of assessement of concrete building which was insulated in 2010.
Hodnocení tepelně-technických vlastností stavebních konstrukcí vybraného objektu odpadového hospodářství
Štěrbová, Hana
The aim of this work is to detect the thermal defects of the walls on the solid-state biogas plant of Šumperk city, situated in Horní Temenice. In the first part, I give the survey of literature dealing with biogas and the conditions for its formation, storage and use. Next part is focused on basic information concerning building construction and also primarily aspects of thermal processes. The second part of this work provides description of the biogas plant analyzed. The particular accent is placed on its weaknesses in the design for the conservation of thermal energy. On the basis of IR thermography, I finally evaluate detected thermal defects of the walls.
