The main topic of my bachelor thesis is to choose appropriate strategy to build electronic commerce for retail company. In this work I’ll focus on how to achiev expanding on market using e-commerce. In addition, this work will map the current situation of e-commerce issues. I’ll analyze the market, concurence and I’ll choose the strategy for e-commerce to prosper based on these data. The practical part of this thesis aims on retail company Jarmila Gašparová and formulate the best strategy based on collected data from market analysis.

The concept of this work is a usual B2C form. Which is a form, where customers select the products on sales compady web. On this web they could buy the products and paid for it immediately. One of the main ideas is a advertising of this e-commerce at low cost.

The main idea is an online communication between supplier and customer and control of the stock and other future orders.

The bachelor's thesis describes a proposal for a new internet shop with promotional items of company iMi Partner, a.s. The proposal includes a change order process in the context of linking Internet applications and internal information system. The proposed solution is preceded by analysis of the current situation and analysis of requirements. Part of this work is devoted to general issues of electronic commerce as a theoretical basis the implementation of similar projects.

The aim of my thesis is creation of a company electronic business model. The first part includes Internet background characterization and its users. Afterwards I focus on the electronic commerce and identify important parameters for an electronic business draft. Then follows an analysis of the present state of a company FOTO Sláma. I create the suitable electronic business model based on proposed strategies. In conclusion the benefits of my proposed model for FOTO Sláma are evalueted.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Possibilities of direct payments in E-commerce" and the proposal of optimal model of direct payments in E-commerce. I deal with electronic payment instrutruments in my bachelor thesis, their implementation and detailed analysis of the individual characteristics of existing web wallets. I try to evaluate the various aspects decisive in the choice of E-wallets. I propose an optimal model of direct payments applied in E-commerce in conclusioun of my thesis.
