Application for Creating Extended User Interfaces Using Floating Windows
Šediba, Jakub ; Zaklová, Kristýna (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis aims to address problems related to the necessity to often switch active windows to access information from external sources while working. These problems are addressed by creating a modular cross-platform application for Windows and Linux operating systems. This application allows users to develop multi-window modules which can then be combined to create a desired extended user interface overlaid above other windows. Outside of this functionality, access to automation through global keyboard shortcuts, file-system monitoring and input device simulation is provided. The developed application uses the Tauri framework and a combination of web technologies with the Rust programming language.
Production technology for a vacuum pump component
Horák, Adam ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a new or alternative technology for the component of the orbital scroll wheel 10i for the vacuum pump nXDS10i. The component is made of an aluminum alloy. The aim is to transition to a higher level of automation compared to the original technology, with the implementation of High-Speed Cutting (HSC) machining. The thesis includes an introduction and analysis of the component, including information about the alloy used, an analysis of the original technology, and its variants for optimization. This is followed by the proposal of a new technology and automation design, meeting the conditions set by the manufacturer of the component. The proposal of the new technology includes the design of a new technological process and clamping method. The thesis also includes a technical and economic evaluation of the original technology, the optimized original technology, and the new technology.
Analysis of the procedure for identifying potentially dangerous locations of weld joints in thin-walled metal structures during life assessment
Tato práce podrobně zkoumá hodnocení únavy svarů, zahrnuje vhled do relevantní literatury, komerčních řešení a praktický kontext norem železničního průmyslu a směrnice FKM.
RPA for Invoice Processing Automation
Klištincová, Andrea ; Bobalová, Martina (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
The Master thesis deals with the possibility of implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into the invoicing process of a public state office. The main objective of the thesis is to explore whether it is possible to automate the selected invoicing process using RPA technology and what are the potential benefits and limitations of such a step. It consists of three main parts: theoretical background, analysis of the current state, and the proposal of a solution.
Virtual commissioning of robotic production system for arc welding
Hrubeš, Kryštof ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the design and virtual commissioning of a robotic system for arc welding. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to a review of the current state of knowledge in the field of welding, with a particular emphasis on arc welding in robotics. Additionally, the review addresses the issue of virtual commissioning. In the system analysis chapter, key components of the workstation such as welding torches, power sources, wire feeders, and safety equipment were analyzed. Based on a multicriteria analysis, the optimal system variant was selected. Using the ABB Robot Studio software, a detailed model, HMI, and control algorithms were created, enabling the simulation and optimization of the welding process. In the final step, virtual commissioning was carried out in the ABB Robot Studio environment.
The Use Of VBA As A Tool For Creating Supporting Business Applications
Sochor, Kryštof ; Sochor, Pavel (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the use of VBA as a tool for creating supporting applications for businesses. Within the scope of my thesis, several of these applications are created that make working with data easier. The thesis also includes a section dealing with the automation of these applications.
Robotic Process Automation
Stojanović, Aleksa ; Koch, Miloš (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
Práce se zaměřuje na integraci Robotic Process Automation (RPA) do FNZ, přední fintechové společnosti v oblasti financí. Zkoumá využití platformy Blue Prism k vytvoření a implementaci přizpůsobeného systému RPA s cílem optimalizovat konkrétní proces uvnitř FNZ. Hlavním cílem je snížení manuálních úkolů a zlepšení operační efektivity prostřednictvím zavedení automatizace.
The measuring card diagnostic for the test system
Boháč, Vojtěch ; Novotný, Radovan (referee) ; Levek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with issue of optimization of matrix card diagnostics in the Keysight test systém, which the company is dealing with, and his automation. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the test unit and his components. The first part of the proposal describes the issue and possible solutions by program. In the second part of the proposal, there is a theoretical comparison of the two methods in terms of cost, time and reliability. The practical part contains the program itself, a comparison of methods from a practical point of view and finally a comparisonof theoretical and practical results.
Control of the MyCobot 280-PI robot using Siemens PLC
Plachý, Filip ; Parák, Roman (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the design and creation of communication between an industrial PLC Siemens 1511-C and a non-industrial 6-axis robot MyCobot 280-PI. The practical output is a fully functional setup of the robot and PLC with a program. The robot can be controlled using the Siemens TP700 touch panel. The work describes all the steps of the implementation, from the selection of components, software implementation and testing. It also includes a theoretical introduction to the relevant topics, particularly industrial control systems and robotics.
Automation Stock Monitoring
Karcz, Daniel ; Kindlová, Dita (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a SQL database for optimizing raw material ordering and inventory monitoring processes in the context of marmolite production. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical background of the thesis, the analysis of the current situation and the actual design of the solution. The proposed solution optimizes current company processes in the area of stock tracking.
