Control of graphic OLED display with Atmel microcontroller

This Master's thesis deals with design and a realisation of a device controlling an OLED display, Densitron DD-25664-1A. This display has a resolution of 256 x 64 pixels and allows displaying of 4-bit grayscale. The proposed utility software implements the initialization and termination functions, two sets of fonts { Latin and Greek letters and functions for rendering graphics and text. The result of the project is a device with the controlling software.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with problems following the fabrication of the second conductive layer on a one-sided printed circuit board. Also, properties of basic materials for a printed circuitboard farbication and combinations of basic materials are disscussed. Moreover, technological tests and their evaluation made according to recommended norms are content of this thesis.

Use 8x8 LED Matrix and MEMS Sensor for Promotional Purposes

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to create exemplary application for promotional purposes. It means using of a microcontroller ATmega32A, a MEMS acceleration and angular velocity sensor and a LED matrix with a driver.. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on the characteristics of used components, their features and way of control. Subsequently, the thesis deals with a power supply, design and manufacture of a printed circuit board for microcontroller and the last part of the thesis is focused on a microcontroller's software and manufacture of a casing.

Creation of center for the manufacture of printed circuit boards

This bachelor´s thesis deals with variol methods of design and manufacture of printed circuit boards and thein advanteges and disadvantages. A part of this thesis is construction of a prototype for the domestic production of printed circuit boards. This prototype will be controlled by a microcontroller ATmega32 with intelligent LCD display, which operations will be ensured by right involvement of all components and by right programming in the language Bascom.

In the introduction of the thesis there are described and explained basic terms used in designing and making printed circuits including the description of technological environment. The thesis deals with the description of jointing and the technology of assembling electronic components with boards of printed circuits. Further it also contents various types of tests of conductive joints quality and technologies of mounting parts in manufacturing process with examples of possible mistakes occurring during mounting and soldering the parts on boards of printed circuits
