Analysing the computer literacy of VŠE students

This work analyzes theoretical and practical aspects of computer literacy acquisition. The theoretical determination of the term "computer literacy" together with other aspects is defining a scope for analysing the computer literacy of VŠE students after attending basic university-wide compulsory IT subjects. The aim of this work is investigation of the current computer knowledge level, whether the knowledge achieved is sufficient for students for professional career, which involves use of computer for routine agenda. Therefore a survey of computer knowledge of selected top companies on our market is attached. According to confrontation between students and companies, in case of variance, proposals for an improvement of computer literacy at VŠE will be outlined.

Data jsou zpracována na základě primárních dat (dotazníkové šetření) a sekundárních dat (obsahová analýza). Práce obsahuje analýzu 1. stupně, analýzu 2. stupně a shlukovou analýzu. Výsledkem je charakteristika jednotlivých segmentů včetně marketingového doporučení.

The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term employee benefits and describes the most widely known benefits and current trends in this area. The main aim of the following practical part is to analyse the system of employee benefit in concrete medical facility on the basis of questionnaire survey and competitive comparison.

Meaning of Body Image in Marketing

The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes the delineation of basic terms, needful for a further work. The first chapter offers a definition and an evaluation of a historical development of a body image. Subsequently, the work is concerned with a marketing communication. It offers an inspection of a phenomenon of advertisement, its effectivity on addresses and a psychological insight encompased within the field of advertising. The chapter also includes the description of media and their respective influences on the perception of a beauty ideal. The second part of the thesis is oriented towards a practical, analytical activity. The description of a theoretical base as well as a practical use of a content analysis and implied methods are the points of the chapter's departure. The conclusion part of the work provides the readers with conclusions of the content analysis and a questionnaire results.
Analysis of employee satisfaction

The thesis contains analysis of job satisfaction employees of call center. In the theoretical part is defined conception of job satisfaction, are described deteminants of job satisfaction and relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation. In the practical part are analysed results of questionnaire survey and there are presented suggestions measures to increas job satisfaction. The respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, work organization, human relations, working conditions and possibilities of further education and employee benefits.
Analysis of Environmental Education in Firms

Environmental education is one of the voluntary environmental tools that can positively influence implementation of environmental protection actions. The target groups of environmental education are children and youth, public administration, firms and public in general. Environmental education brings positive environmental effects for the environment and also positive economic effects for firms which implement it. These diploma theses analyze demand and supply of the environmental education focused on firms in the Czech Republic. Methodology of the demand analysis is based on individual in-depth interviews with the use of questionaire and sample of the research are small and medium enterprises situated in Hradec Králové region. Methodology of the supply analysis is a desk research method.

Spokojenost zákazníka s rehabilitačními službami

The graduation theses deals with the customer satisfaction -- in this case patients - with the rehabilitations services in the Rehabilitation Institute Kladruby. The theoretical part defines the general conditions of the service quality by ISO standards 9000 and the relevant literature, outlines the improving of service quality, explain the conception of the customer satisfaction, outlines the possibilities of it's measuring and improving. The theses finds satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the patients with the certain areas by the questionnaire investigation. Areas of investigation are for example the care of doctors and nurses, providing information on the nature of health, the physiotherapists work, quality of food and equipment on order on the bed wards. The obtained results are compared with the investigation of the bachelor thesis.
Buyer decision process in travel and tourism

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze a buyer decision process of consumers in travel industry with a focus on outgoing tourism. The diploma thesis is divided in six parts. The first part focuses on theory of consumer behavior followed by marketing of services with an emphasis on tourism. Next part covers buyer decision process of consumers in travel industry based on results from analysis of a questionnaire. These results are integrated with agency data. A summary of acquired results is compared to all phases of buyer decision process at the end of this thesis.
