Vliv přihnojování sazenic na přírůst a vitalitu kultur 3. LVS a jejich porovnání z hlediska předpokladu jejich zajištění
Kulhánek, Martin
The aim of my bachelor work was to examine the influence of inbuilt growth stimulants into Silvamix fertilizers family, to compare the effect of individual sorts of fertilizers from the point of view of securing these crops. Field works took place in LHC Ketkovice on the tracts located in 75 D1a,77B11, 77B1a and 65B1. I investigated the effect of fertilization on norway spruce, European beech, and mountain oak corps in 2 rd and mostly 3rd LVS. Based on dendrometrical characteristics, assimilation apparatus and health condition the Silvamix R and Silvamix R stimulators these fertilizations were assessed as the best ones. The outcomes show clearly that the action of growth stimulants inbuilt into Silvamix fertilizations family is rather gradual and is not too brisk and distinct on testing.

The urgent and follow-up precautions in case of leakage of chlorine - Simulated accident of vehicle carrying chlorine
KADIČ, Milan
The goal of this diploma thesis is to introduce urgent and follow-up precautions in case of leakage of chlorine - simulated accident of vehicle transporting chlorine. The major objective of this study is to analyse the risk of chlorine-transport for people with the aid of available simulation programme and to specify urgent and follow-up precautions. The next part of this study is to investigate the knowledgeability of people. The theoretical part of this study is systematical structured into a number of chapters and worked out on the basis of available legislative regulations, literature and internet sources. At first basic legislation of transport of dangerous substances is described, from the european, as well as national perspective. The next chapter deals with transport of dangerous substances, danger classes of these substances, their labeling in transport, as well as labeling of transport units. The following chapter is devoted to aspects of an accident in case of transporting of dangerous substances. This chapter demonstrates an accident with leakage of dangerous substance, its impact, escape of this substance and its spread. Further the sources and risks of transportation of dangerous substances and accident rate in this transport are described. The next chapter deals with the specific dangerous substance - chlorine. It is aimed at physico-chemical characters of chlorine, its history and its current utilisation, its effect on human health, on environment and first aid in case of contact. At the end urgent and follow-up precautions in case of an accident inkl. leakage of chlorine. The empirical part of this study is devoted to two basic research questions. Qualitative, as well as quantitative methods of research were used to answers these questions. The empirical part is devided into two major chapters. The primary purpose of this study is to simulate an accident of vehicle transporting chlorine with the aid of the programme TerEx and to determine its impact on people and surrounding. The first question was to analyse the potential dangerous for people and surroundings in case of an accident with chlorine. For this purpose the town České Budějovice was used. First the transport of liquid chlorine in small containers in the Czech Republic was analysed focusing on the southbohemian region and especially the regional city. Thereafter input data were entered. On the basis of obtained outputs were determined threats, that arise from the transport of dangerous chlorine and on the basis of simulation were characterized activities carried out by Integrated Rescue System using appropriate urgent and follow-up precautions. Part of this work was also the second research question - the level of knowledge of people located close to the simulated accident about this problem. This survey was aimed at the risk of chlorine, its transport and characteristics and impact on human health as well as protection against its adverse effects. For this purpose a group of second-year students of the local gymnasium located close to the place of simulated accident was chosen. The data were collected through a questionnaire, which contained a group of questions relating to this problem. The obtained data were evaluated using basic methods of elemental statistical analysis and graphic processing. Findings resulting from the analysis of transporting of chlorine and from the simulation using the programme TerEx show, that the danger to the population of České Budějovice in case of an accident with chlorine is significant. The issue of chlorine-transport and its risks is additionally complicated by insufficient regulation. Another negative factor of transporting of these substances is the complicated traffic situation in the country town. Based on the results of the questionary can be stated, that these students have average knowledge in this issue.

Search (approximate) methods for detecting human body alcohol
KOSTKOVÁ, Lucie
The topic of the thesis is Search (approximate) methods for detecting alcohol in the human body. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate and compare methods and technical means that are used to detect alcohol in the human body for forensic purposes, self-control, corporate control and other purposes. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the chemical properties of alcohol, its physiological effect, metabolism and occurrence in breath. The theoretical part includes also an overview of methods which are used to detect alcohol in the human body. The practical part of the thesis deals with the availability of detection tools and their basic sorting. On the basis of used methodology, which included a survey of domestic and foreign sources and targeted interview, all gained knowledge were thoroughly evaluated and systematically described. The thesis is structured in a way that it can be used as an overview of this issue for the general public, national institutions, companies and other organizations that try to prevent alcohol addiction and abuse of minors. The thesis could also be beneficial for education as a study material.

Buildings makeshift bridge kits in crisis situations
DUDEK, Jan
Currently it has become recognized that to successfully manage the crisis situation it is necessary to ensure the basic transport, particularly transport infrastructure impassable. One of the many problem areas while ensuring operation in transport is critical to ensure the functionality of artificial structures, and thus become very important just bridges that we in most cases considered by the throat on the roads. Bridges must be kept sufficiently passable, and failing this, just need to take action in the form of construction of a temporary replacement bridge. The general aim of my thesis was to analyze the usefulness of temporary bridge construction kits in crisis situations. The theoretical part describes issues related legislation with crisis management, basic concepts related to crisis management, bridge set MS, heavy bridge set TMS and the use of the Czech Army in crisis situations. Crisis management was essential after the floods in 1997 and 2002 given special attention. It was gradually ascertained that five years after the floods in Moravia in 1997, the Army increasingly lack a global perspective on the overall topic of crisis management. The focus is on bridge set MS. This is a releasable steel bridge construction, which was initially designed for the military sector to the possibility of fast implementation of temporary bypass obstacles. Another topic of interest is becoming difficult bridge kit. Heavy bridge system is normalized steel folding bridge for only one lane of the lower deck, which is designed to build bridges with one or more fields of bridges and overpasses for the construction of the railway. The use of the Czech Army is further defined as a task of the integrated rescue system in the area of internal security, where the individual components of the Integrated Rescue System and other bodies involved in internal security and civil protection must be able to respond professionally and in cooperation with other stakeholders to intervene effectively in an emergency or crisis caused by terrorist attacks, natural and environmental disasters, industrial accidents, and other dangers that threaten the lives, health, property, the environment, internal security and public order in the Czech Republic. The Czech army is used for temporary organized deployment of military units and military installations with the necessary military equipment and under the control of the appropriate commander. Military assistance becomes necessary when the designated administrative authorities, local authorities or a fire protection can no longer ensure the rescue work on their own. The use of the army for rescue operations can be done at the request of regional governors, mayors and mayors of municipalities or the Ministry of the Interior through the Operational and Information Centre Fire and Rescue through the permanent operations center of the Army of the Czech Republic. In the practical part I am focused on gathering the available general and internal information, reports and documentation on the use of temporary bridge kits in crisis situations and analysis of documents, regulations and methodologies relating to the construction of temporary bridge kits in crisis situations. Practical application of new trends and technologies, based on experience with engineer bridge company Czech Army. Processing and evaluation of the results was done in MS Word and MS Excel.
