This bachelor's thesis deals with combine threshing system. The essence of combine harvesters and their importance are discussed in introduction. History of the first combine harvester in the Czech agriculture is described further. Next chapter is devoted to basic description and division of threshing systems by type. Threshing system of Czech market biggest harvesters is mentioned in conclusion. Also threshing system of international harvesters is highlighted.

Bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of harvesters, which is the most important link threshing devices. Is this classification harvester workflows harvesting seed crops. I gave a comprehensive overview of tangential harvesters from leading manufacturers. The paper also describes the structure and function of individual harvesters. The determining factor for quality and quantity, collection will be technology of collection. Standards witch are put on this technology are too high therefore pay attention for perpetuance innovation of technology and suitable setting are very important.

This bachelor thesis evaluates the John Deere 670i and Claas Lexion 770 combine harvesters in terms of cost, threshing quality, losses and area performance. The thesis describes the functions of the combine harvesters and their technological description and practical applications. The parameters calculated in the bachelor thesis are pre-harvest and harvest losses, area and weight performance, mass yield, travel speed, crushing quality, fuel consumption and fixed and variable costs.
