Temperature is an integral part of every space, yet in today's world of technological solutions, few people realize how important role it plays in various aspects of architecture and the social ties of the people within it. This master thesis deals with the design of a universal parametric system of community porch houses with an emphasis on the use of the spatial character of temperature in the interior, and subsequently applies this system to a specific building design in Malenovice near Zlín.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a residential building in the area of Malenovice near Zlín, where a new residential complex is to be built on the land of the current Malenovice sawmill, situated in close proximity to a four-lane road. The concept of this proposal is based on a detailed examination of human cycles and their impact on people in everyday life in relation to architecture. From the life cycle through the annual cycle and especially the daily cycle, professionally referred to as the circadian rhythm. The building, with its idea concept, orientation to the cardinal points, zoning of the apartment and also the shape solution, responds to the needs of man in terms of light comfort and at the same time addresses the greatest efficiency of the technologies used precisely in relation to light comfort, the form solution also creates conditions at the terrace level for the meeting of a wide range of inhabitants of the house - creating diversity. It reduces the need to illuminate the space during the day with artificial lighting, and after dark it addresses artificial lighting with respect to human health, thus also reducing energy consumption.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of project documentation for a new residential building in Líšeň. The residential building is designed as a five-story fully basement structure. The underground floor contains collective garages and cellar compartments. The first above-ground floor contains rental spaces. The second, third, and fourth above-ground floors consist of residential units. A total of 30 residential units have been designed. The topmost fifth above-ground floor contains studios. The building has a flat roof with a parapet. The structural system of the building is primarily skeletal, connecting reinforced concrete monolithic walls that form the load-bearing part as perimeter walls. Another structurally significant element is the structural core with an elevator shaft. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The entire building is founded on a white tank. The bachelor's thesis includes project documentation for the construction implementation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the czech real estate market analysis, especially with real estates in South Moravian region. Theoretical part describe markets with residential property, specially flats in the south moravian region. In theoretical part is also described basic concepts, which are used in practical part of thesis. Practical part of thesis deals with three topics. First is determined usual price of family house, then is described example of financing this house and finally is done development analysis of prices of family houses in South Moravian region with comparation with others factors.

This bachelor‘s thesis solves a project documentation of Apartmet House and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. The house has four floors with balconies. The house has 11 dwelling units. On the first floor is accessory apartments: bicycle, pram room, cleaning room, together wc, together workroom, technical room and cellar rooms. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system.
Residential building in Valašské Meziříčí

This Bachelor thesis deals with a design of new building – apartment house. Designed apartment house is located in Zlin region, in the town Valasske Mezirici. Altogether, the designed bulding contains partial basement, eight dwelling units and four storeys. In the ground floor we can find a storage cellar, utility room and cleaning room. The ground floor is made of 3 single sections – office section, section with access to dwelling units with the pram room and section with driving school. These sections are separated from each other and each section has its own entrance. Dwelling units are located on the second floor, third floor and fourth floor. The second floor is made of small flats – there are 3 studios and 1 one-room flat. Larger flats are located on the third and fourth floor where we can find 2 two-bedroom flats and 2 three-bedroom flats. Every dwelling unit has a disposal of the loggie except the flats on the fourth floor – these have a disposal of the terrace located on a flat green roof. Apartment house is built from clay block and overhang part is made of precast frame elements. Building foundations consist of foundation strips. The columns that are erecting the overhang part are placed on foundation pads. The basement wall is built from concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. Staircase is reinforced concrete precast. Roofing is solved by flat green roof. Thermal insulation of the building is solved by external contact insulation system that is internationally labeled and known as ETICS. As a thermal isolator serves the expanded polystyrene.

The subject of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of an apartment building for construction stage. The proposed building, intended for collective housing, has 5 aboveground and one underground, partially basement floor, sunk into the sloping terrain of the plot. The building has 10 residential units and house accessories in the form of wellness facility. The building includes a a covered garage and outdoor parking spaces. On the first floor is the main entrance to the building, which is connected to the stairwell. From the stairwell you enter the individual apartments on 5 floors, wellness and technical facilities in the basement and covered garages. The apartments are designed for family living. The apartments have their own terraces from the 3rd floor. The dominant features of the building are protruding bay windows, that face south. The load-bearing structure consists of an prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, the ceiling structure in connection with prefabrication are made of pressed Spiroll panels. Foundation structures in the form of footing pockets connect prefabricated pockets and monolithic pockets,that are interconnected by sills. The infill masonry consists of thermal insulation blocks made of aerated concrete and acoustic sand-lime blocks. The building is then insulated with aerated concrete insulation. The last receding floor consists of a load-bearing structure made of aerated concrete and ceiling covered with monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Roof structures are designed as flat roofs with subsequent protective layers in the form of vegetation layers or aggregates.

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is the composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment house in the village Přibyslav on Vysočina. The apartment house is four-storey building with basement. The building has 10 dwelling units. Apartment building is design from hollow bricks. The basement is design from concrete blocks. All building is heated up by contact thermal insulation from mineral whool. Floor structure is made from reinforced concrete slab. The last floor is made by prestressed concrete panels. The roof has 2 levels. First level of roof is flat and walkable, surface is made from grass carpet. Secend level of roof is not walkable.

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of two apartment blocks “A” and “B” in the village Rudíkov. These two objects are located in sloping terrain and both have two floors aboveground and one floor underground. In the apartment block “A” there are six apartment units aboveground and four garage units and storage area underground. In the apartment block “B” there are eight apartment units aboveground and two wheelchair accessible apartments with common storage areas underground. The objects are designed from a construction system made of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are monolithic and the roof is hipped with trusses. The thesis provides documentation for realization of the construction.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for a new apartment building, which will be located in the town of Jihlava. The building has five floors, of which it has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. In the basement there are cellars, laundry room, cleaning room and utility room. On the upper floors we find apartments, the total number of which is 23. The apartments have different layouts and dimensions. Housing units, besides the first floor, are enriched with balconies, on the fourth floor with a roof terrace. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. There is barrier-free access to the building, and there is also one housing unit for a person with limited mobility and orientation, which is located on the first floor. In front of the building there is a parking lot offering 63 parking spaces, of which there are 5 spaces for people with limited mobility and orientation. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation passes. The vertical load-bearing system of the above-ground floors is designed as a brick made of lime-sand blocks. The basement is made of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete, supplemented in certain places by girders of the same material. The roof structure is made as a flat single-skin roof.
