Vliv velikosti objemu na nukleaci a růst
Kožíšek, Zdeněk ; Demo, Pavel
Volumic influence to the number of nuclei, nucleation rate and the growth rate is studied.
Výpočet teoretické hmotnostně velikostní distribuce vlhkých částic, s použitím dat vnějšího aerosolu vzorkovaného při suchých podmínkách v průběhu letní a zimní kampaně 2008
Štefancová, Lucia ; Schwarz, Jaroslav ; Maenhaut, W. ; Smolík, Jiří
The hazard caused by inhaled aerosol particles depends on their deposition inside respiratory system; their retention is influenced by hydroscopic growth. That is the main motivation of this work. The hygroscopic behavior is mostly studied by HTDMA technique. However this technique does not provide any information about chemical composition, which most of the times determines hygroscopic behavior of particles. Therefore, we decided to study both hygroscopic behavior and size resolved chemical composition at the same time using cascade impactors.
Chemical Composition of PM2,5 at Suchdol in the Year 2006
Schwarz, Jaroslav ; Štefancová, Lucia ; Novák, J. ; Pokorný, R. ; Smolík, Jiří
Chemical composition of PM2.5 was measured at Suchdol. Mass closure based on ion chromatography and OC/EC analysis showed that about 80 % od PM2.5 mass was composed of organic mass, elemental carbon and inorganic water soluble ions.
Number and Mass Size Distribution Measurement Next to Traffic Source (Jizni spojka)
Schwarz, Jaroslav ; Ždímal, Vladimír ; Matějková, Daniela ; Ondráček, Jakub ; Džumbová, Lucie ; Havránek, Vladimír ; Smolík, Jiří ; Bízek, V.
Number and mass size distribution pilot measurement was done next to large traffic source. Chemical analysis of impactor samples was done.
Selected Results of the Continuous Measurement of Atmospheric Aerosols in Prague – Suchdol
Matějková, Daniela ; Ždímal, Vladimír ; Smolík, Jiří ; Šilhavý, J.
Continuous measurement of atmospheric aerosols leads to information about dynamics of particle size distribution with high time and size resolution. It is possible estimate of new particle formation mechanisms and to specify dependencies with the meteorology and other parameters. Long-term measurements provide many data, which has to be organized and evaluated. Due to the semi-automatic tools are develop.
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in the Prague Atmosphere during the Years 2006 and 2007
Tydlitát, Vratislav ; Kotlík, B. ; Janota, J.
Six dependances of the sums of twelve selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons content in the atmosphere on mean temperature in Prague atmoshere are presented in graphs. The data for PAHs with TEFs from 0,01 to 1 were measured in Prague in the years 2006 and 2007 on three monitoring stations in the town. Dependences shows steep grow of concentrations of PAHs with descending temperature. Similar results obtained authors at measurements of PAHs on aerosols PM10 in the year 2005. The high concentration values of PAHs occures at temperatures under 10°C. At these temperatures operates heating of buildings. I t is not a reason to expect at low teperatures the growing of traffic emissons. The authors hence adjudge the majoritarian growing of PAHs content at temperatures below 10°C to emissions from heating of buildings, in particular by the use of solid fuels.

Ondráček, Jakub ; Ondráčková, Lucie ; Ždímal, Vladimír ; Šťávová, P. ; Barták, M. ; Smolík, Jiří
The behavior of monodisperse aerosol particles in a House is subject to discuss in this contribution.
New HTDMA System for Long Time Measurements of Hygroscopic Properties of Atmospheric Aerosol
Ondráček, Jakub ; Dohányosová, Pavla ; Ždímal, Vladimír ; Schwarz, Jaroslav ; Krejčí, A. Petr ; Smolík, Jiří
HTDMA system allows measurements of hygroscopic properties of aerosol particles in submicrometer size range. The instrument is suitable for laboratory measurements as well as for long time measurements of atmospheric aerosol. Worldwide, all of the HTDMA systems are unique instruments developed in individual laboratories. As far as the authors are informed, the HTDMA system presented in the paper is the first and the only one in the Czech Republic.
Příprava nanočástic CuOx z acetylacetonátu měďnatého
Moravec, Pavel ; Smolík, Jiří ; Klementová, Mariana ; Levdansky, V.V.
Copper and copper oxide particles have a wide field of applications as catalysts, sensors, semiconductors, etc. In this work, we studied CuOx nanoparticle synthesis by metal organics chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) using copper acetylacetonate (CuAA) as a precursor.
Measurement of Aerosol Particles Concentration in Baroque Library Hall of National Library
Ondráčková, Lucie ; Smolík, Jiří
The aim of the study was to find out whether or not visitors influence concentration of aerosol particles that can deposit on exhibited books in Baroque library hall.
