Spectroscopic monitoring of pulsed laser welding process
Šebestová, H. ; Nožka, Libor ; Chmelíčková, Hana ; Řiháková, Lenka
Real-time non-destructive defect detection is a modern approach in laser welding quality control. Usual defects like insufficient or excessive penetration can be discovered immediately during the welding process when specific characteristics of generated plasma are monitored.
Physical principle of lasers
Chmelíčková, Hana
Laser as generator of monochromatic, coherent radiation with low divergence is widely used in industrial systems that are equipped by manipulating devices, processing gasses and safety elements.
