Old Czech manucript as a source of meta language information?
Jamborová, Martina
In a legal manuscript from the second half of the 15th century, notes are found related to specific linguistic phenomena in the manuscript, especially to phonetic, morphological, lexical and syntactic features. These old metalinguistic notes correspond with the present knowledge of the development of the Czech language, but also bring some new additional findings.

Dialectical Terminology of the Joinery in the Town of Rájec-Jestřebí
Konečná, Sabina
The item deals with the dialectical terminology of the joinery in the town of Rájec-Jestřebí. The local dialect belongs to the so called “mountain type” of the South-Central Moravian dialects. The examined dialectical terminology is divided into following semantic areas: activities, machines, products and their parts, wood joining, materials and tools. The terminology of the joinery in Rájec-Jestřebí has not been described in detail so far. The linguistic analysis shows that a great part of the local terms is unique, they are not found anywhere else. Most terms are of German origin. Dialectical terminology is a part of the vocabulary that quickly disappears, therefore it can be concluded that the collected dialectical terms are very valuable.
