Through pseudospectra we can gain insight into the sensitivity of the eigenvalues of a matrix to perturbations that is convenient for robut control. We have implemented in Matlab a method to visualize e-pseudospectra for n x n polynomial matrix of degree greater that 2. Cílem návrhu je získat regulátor tlumící vliv větru a zároveň respektující přítomnost málo tlumených rezonančních módů v konstrukci teleskopu. 	MATLAB function for polynomial plus/minus factorization based on band structured matrix decomposition Hromčík, Martin ; Šebek, Michael A new algorithm for the plus/minus factorization of a scalar discrete-time polynomial and its implementation in the MATLAB programming language are presented in this report.
