Hoffmannová, Jaroslava

First woman was in the archives only from the year 1906, working as a auxiliary clerkess in the Moravian Land Archives. First female university graduate worked in the Prague Land Archives from the year 1910. During the WWI women became more important, but not until after the formation of the Czechoslovak Republic the women graduates at the State Archival School could occupe fully qualified offices from the middle of 1920s. In the second half of the 20th century, the women have the numerial superiority on the men and are comparable as regards - managerial work.
