It is concentrated on creating a firm and providing services in the area of health care. The aim of my thesis is to create a high-quality business project for a successful business start.

Adhesion of PVD Coatings on Surface of Small Arm

This work deals with the possibility of increasing the utility properties of the functional part of the weapon by deposition of PVD coating. These coatings are widely known for their high hardness and abrasion resistance without affecting the anticorrosion properties. The experimental part evaluates the created duplex coating on the piston of the assault rifle Sa vz. 58. Duplex coating adhesion, surface morphology and coating thickness was evaluated on opto digital microscope Olympus DSX 500. The impact resistance of the coating was evaluated by dynamic impact test. The durability tests of the coatings were carried out during the training of students in the military training. The results showed the application of PVD coating significantly reduced piston head wear and increased user comfort in the form of shortening time of the cleaning and maintenance process after firing.

Proces řízení rizik ve zvoleném podniku

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení rizik, které by se měl věnovat každý výrobní i nevýrobní podnik. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat a zhodnotit proces řízení rizik v podniku se zaměřením na požární rizika a rizika související s bezpečnostním provozem a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definován pojem riziko, jsou uvedeny jeho základní druhy a vliv rizik na podnikatelský subjekt. V praktické části je uvedena základní charakteristika podniku, popsán proces řízení rizik a dokumentace vztahující se k tomuto procesu. Z provedené analýzy dokumentace a kvalitativního výzkumu jsou vyvozena opatření. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení procesu řízení rizik a celkové návrhy na zlepšení situace.
