The research has also scrutinized the presentation portfolio at the end of the 5th grade of elementary school and the working portfolio at the end of school attendance elaborated under guidance of Mrs Vladimíra S.
Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy and Visualization of Biological Objects
Nedvědová, Marie ; Kužel,, Petr (referee) ; Vrba, Jan (referee) ; Provazník, Ivo (advisor)
This thesis deals with the methods of Terahertz (THz) spectroscopy to observe the kinetics of haemostatic materials used for supporting the native mechanism of haemostasis. The theoretical part follows the physical principles of THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz TDS), mentions the advantages and limitations of this method and its application possibilities for the characterization of biomedical materials. Further, there are specified properties of actual haemostats, described principles of their function and usage in practice, including their interaction with the living tissue. There were performed experiments monitoring the kinetics of physiologic reaction of the tissue adhesive based on the cyanoacrylates and absorbable haemostats. The mechanisms of monitored reactions were explained based on the physical-chemical principles that are used also for the kinetic models’ derivation. Modelling of the measured data results in the estimation of the parameters characterizing the observed samples. The most interesting parameter is the time constant of the reaction because of the possibility to compare reaction rates of different types of haemostats. The detailed analysis of this parameter is performed using the means of statistical methods. Tissue adhesive samples were measured by other spectroscopic and microscopic methods to compare the findings with the experimental results of the THz TDS. Data were processed using algorithms designed especially for this experiment and analysed using mathematical methods.
Subsidy fraud and damaging the financial interests of the European union (Section 260 of the Penal Code)
Nedvědová, Marie ; Heranová, Simona (advisor) ; Mulák, Jiří (referee)
1 Subsidy fraud and damaging the financial interests of the European union Abstract The thesis deals mainly with the definition and punishment of subsidy frauds within the framework of criminal law. At the same time, it also addresses some issues related to this crime, in particular the subsidiarity of criminal sanctions and the concurrence of this crime with other crimes such as the offense of damaging the financial intereststhe of the European union. The method of processing is mainly deduction and analysis, in the relevant parts induction, synthesis and comparison. The thesis is divided into three main parts. First, it deals with subsidies and subsidy fraud, explaining what a subsidy is and what action can be considered a subsidy fraud, and also clarifies some of the institutes associated with these terms, including budget rules, resources, and records. It also deals with what actions are associated with the crime of subsidy fraud. Thus, in the case of a subsidy fraud, it deals with its characteristics, its relation to other provisions of the Penal Code, the investigation and the imposition of punishment. In the next part, the thesis deals with the protection of the financial interests of the European Union, especially with the institutions and bodies, which are particularly focused at the protection of...
Methodology for obtaining volunteers in the NGO Duha
Nedvědová, Marie ; Matoušek, Oldřich (advisor) ; Pazlarová, Hana (referee)
(in English) The work focuses on volunteering in social services, which is in our country increasingly developing , but due to the historical development , is still lagging behind the Western countries . The work deals with the management of volunteering. In some areas it is inspired by international experience, primarily by experience in Germany and the United Kingdom. Management volunteering is divided into five areas - needs mapping and planning, recruitment of volunteers, preparing and contracts with volunteers, management and motivation and supervision and appraisal. In each area the keep steps, which are according to the literature required for a successful volunteer program, are described. The aim of the work is to create, based on the study of domestic and foreign literature and consultation with staff organizations, a comprehensive "methodology for the recruitment and work with volunteers in the company DUHA. This methodology reflects a management cycle of working with volunteers in all areas and is based on the needs of both the organization and clients.

Micro-pulse stimulation and its use in physiatric treatment
Nedvědová, Marie ; Kolouch, Jaromír (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
General part of the Bachelor´s thesis follows the electrical current with all its effects on the human organism. There is confronted both positive therapeutic usage in physiatric treatment and negative influence on man because of its electrical dangerous activity. The following research brings the newest information about pulsed current use in electrotherapy. The research results are summarized in an overview of the selected electrotherapeutic methods. This is also a point of departure for practical part of the project – micro-pulse stimulator design. The early conception of the stimulator´s circuit function was based on the simulation with the usage of PSpice. The theoretical device draft peaks with the functional sample realization and there were taken some records of the pulse time course by the oscilloscope measurements with this sample.
Microstimulator
Nedvědová, Marie ; Rozman, Jiří (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the explanation of the actions that occur during the stimulation of tissues with the electric current. A significant analogy with electrical circuits is used to describe the phenomena at the molecular and cellular level. The models of membrane and cell are necessary for understanding the behaviour of more complex structures, such as tissues and organs. A considerable attention is paid to the conditions of electrical stimulation which bring about response in the stimulated area. Next, the cumulative effect of the subthreshold stimulation is analysed. The mechanisms of common treatment effects of the electrotherapeutic methods are outlined. The research results in the practical part of the thesis – the design for a microstimulator. Properties of the microstimulator and compliance with standard requirements are verified by testing the electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety, conducted by the Institute for testing and certification, JSC. The effects of microstimulation on living organisms are experimentally investigated on horses, in collaboration with the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University. For the first time, thermodynamic sensors are used for the objective assessment of the microstimulation therapeutic effect. These miniature sensors are placed on the horse´s front legs and monitor the changes in thermal activity while only one limb is really stimulated and the other is just considered as a reference. Comparison and statistical evaluation of the measured signals could provide a more detailed view of the thermal changes within the stimulated area, which is significantly related to blood circulation in limbs, and with the support of the reduction of edema. The course of the experiment which deals with the effect of microstimulation on edema of the horse´s legs caused by minor injuries (tendinitis, sprains, etc.), is documented in photographs or videos that are significant for possible evaluation of the effectiveness of the stimulation in this application.
The Banking system of People's Republic of China
Nedvědová, Marie ; Blahová, Naděžda (advisor) ; Marková, Jana (referee)
The thesis deals with the development of China's financial system, with a particular focus on the banking sector. At the beginning of the work is briefly summarized the current development of China's economy, since the behaviors and positions of banks in the PRC are closely linked with the state of the economy and the state as such. Presents the basic elements of the Chinese banking system, constitutes the basic legislation and some banking institutions. It also discusses the banking system as a whole and finally discusses its greatest specifics, non performing loans and shadow banking.
