Distance education in secondary schools from the point of view of its actors (during the COVID-19 pandemic)

The bachelor's thesis focuses on distance learning at the secondary level of Czech schools. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at explaining the concepts and forms of education encountered in the Czech Republic. It also describes the historical mapping of distance learning and its development, which is closely linked to technological advancements. The thesis also addresses the course of distance learning and its implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Emphasis is placed on the terminology of distance learning and its integration with other forms of education. The thesis includes an empirical investigation conducted using a quantitative method in the form of a self-constructed questionnaire. The aim is to report on the impacts of distance education on secondary school students, specifically focusing on its effects on academic performance, motivation, and mental health of the students. Chomutov Grammar school after 1948-An exploration of the Ethnic and social conditions at the Czech school in the border area

(in English): The work captures the issue of the social context of high school studies in Chomutov in the period from 1948 to the present. It focuses on the social and national aspects of Czech-German relations in education, thematically following on from the bachelor's thesis "National Relations at the Chomutov Gymnasium in the years 1918-1948". Based on all contemporary sources and sources, they try to clarify the local specifics, approximate national differences and point to the social peculiarities of certain historical stages. It represents in great detail a well-recognized secondary school with a historical tradition, reminiscent of the historical gymnasium, founded in 1591 and the only one of its kind in Central Europe at the time. The work also mentions the problematic displacement of the German population and the resulting slow settlement of the Chomutov region. These factors both significantly impacted the school's running in the first years after the war. It clarifies some burning social and national issues of 1945, brings statistical data on the states and numbers of students and teachers and notes the historical changes of the gymnasium, especially in 1968 and 1989. Detailing these important facts also enriches the reader with authentic memories of many witnesses and interesting photos...

Bachelor thesis is the theoretical-empirical. Theoretical content deals with what authority is in general and how it is viewed. It also focuses on teachers. What a personality should teachers have, what is the authority of the teacher and what types of authority we know. The research part is realized using a questionnaire survey. It focuses on how the pupils of the Secondary Education School view the authority of the teacher, what they imagine under this term and what behavior supports or reduces the authority of teachers. School Walks and Trips to Places of Interests in Kladno region on the First Grade of Elementary Schools

The aim of the diploma thesis is to create seven educational school walks in Kladno area, which can be used by first grade General Science and Natural History teachers. In the theoretical part, significant historical places in Kladno area are described and famous historical figures and personalities are mentioned. Fixing the topic in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education is included, as well as the theoretical worksheet making delimitation. School walks and worksheet templates should cover the educational dimension of Human and World, Human and Nature, Human and Society and, not least, Human and Health. Within the practical part, school walks will initially be made and subsequently implemented and reflected.
Sex education in the interwar period

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of sex education in the interwar period based on historical readings and publications. Its concept is based on the development of the current and historical topic, the contemporary context, and the influences that influenced sex education. The method of discourse analysis was used, which was based on its essence for working with historical sources. The analysis of the readings is preceded by a text that looks at sex education through the lens of pedagogical, sociological and medical publications and periodics.
"School, the center of our life"- depiction of a school and a student in children's literature by V Steklač

(in English): This bachelor thesis focuses on Mr. Vojtěch Steklač and makes a pedagogic and psychological analysis of his works. The first section briefly introduces the author and his works. Next, I analyse the series of books about Bořík and his adventures. I comment on the linguistic aspects of the works and analyse the pedagogic environments that the main characters find themselves in. To finish off, I make several suggestions about how these books could be used in teaching. The goal of this work is to familiarise the reader with this author and hence to enable him to work with his books.

This bachelor thesis analyses the development of the pedagogical programme of kindergarten teachers between the years 1918-1938. Mostly it is based on the Journal of the Kindergarten Teachers, in which teachers defined their pedagogical reform proposals, often based on foreign reform movements, their demands for the enactment of the kindergarten schools or for changes regarding kindergarten teacher education.
The aspects healthy of school and healthy education in interwar Czechoslovakia

The idea of this work is to compare the efforts of different propagators and planners of new, and innovative approaches to healthy outdoors schools in the era between wars. To unveil the work of children's care propagators, as they not only focus on lecturing children. However, as they focus on children's social, physical, and psychological development and growth. The main point is to show propagators' efforts regarding children's development. Highlight the efforts of the propagators as they were not only focused on children's education, but also on the children's development as a human being. Understand the outstanding effort that the propagators made to see a child as a human being who needs adult's care to its growth and development. I would like to claim that the need for all-around development of a child is a crucial part of development. Passing on information is not the only necessity for a child. The relationship between an adult and a child frankly, is more important than information learned in school. The aim of the bachelor thesis is called TEACHER - MUSICIAN. The position and role of teachers in the 19th century in Bohemia is an analysis of the position of the cantor-musician in the Czech society of the 19th century and its importance for the development of culture and music in the regions and the entire country. The first chapter of the work briefly describes the development of teacher education in the Czech lands until 1900, where a certain part is devoted to the school legislation of that time. The overall development of education in the 19th century and the gradual improvement of the teacher's position is also evidenced by the financial evaluation of general school teachers. From this follows my knowledge, when the teacher's material support was at the salary level between a qualified craftsman and a senior official. However, a certain image of the position of the teacher was also reflected in the literature of the time (B. Němcová, K. Světlá, K.V. Rais). Other chapters pay attention to cantors-musicians and their work, using the example of which their position in society at the time is shown (Jakub Jan Ryba, Jan Nepomuk Josef Filcík or the musically pedagogic Dusík family).
