WWTP´s in mountains areas
Frank, Ivo ; Plotěný, Karel (referee) ; Hlavínek, Petr (advisor)
Objectives of this master's thesis are to process review of technologies used to treat wastewater in alpine environment in Slovakia and in foreign countries. Thesis also includes mapping of situation of chosen alpine cottages in High Tatras. For cottages with unsuitable technology will be suggested more suitable solution.
The Optimal Accuracy of Measurement Assurance in Accordance with Metrological Confirmation
Frank, Petr ; Kocman, Karel (referee) ; Nenadál, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hruška, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of accuracy of measurement and achieving the required accuracy level. This includes global analysis of the uncertainty evaluation, the calibration interval design and the creation of confirmation system. Basis of this work is in identification of all possible problems, which may occur during evaluation of accuracy and achieving the required accuracy level. The analysis is followed by suggested solutions for identified problems. It means namely the selection of probability distribution in case of uncertainty type A, evaluation of degrees of freedom in case of uncertainty type B, nonlinear correlation of input values, evaluation of coverage factor, the choice of method for calibration interval design and the procedure for meeting all metrological confirmation requirements. The last part of the thesis is practical measurement and result evaluation in the field of surge protection devices. This chapter demonstrates conclusions from the syntactical part.
Bronze swords in the Early Iron Age in Bohemia
Říha, Karel ; Frank Danielisová, Alžběta (advisor) ; Golec Mírová, Zuzana (referee)
The work aims to discuss the origin and significance of bronze swords from the Early Iron Age. In the Czech lands, these artifacts are associated exclusively with graves. Based on the study of foreign literature, a theoretical excursion is presented in terms of genesis, context and findings and concept of transition horizon Ha C1a. The following is a study based on the application of archaeometric methods on a borrowed file. Based on the results of radiographic, traceological, metallographic and isotope analysis, including chemical composition, it is possible to define practically their structural quality, potential use and origin of the material. The result is a pilot study of Ha C bronze swords, which - ideally - will be analytically extended to the context of Central Europe, not only in the West Hallstatt area, but also in the Lusatian urnfields. Keywords bronze swords - Hallstatt period - genesis - classification - radiography - use-wear analysis - metallography - chemical composition - isotopes
Supplier Quality Perfomance Evaluation in Low Volume Business Environment
Minaříková, Gabriela ; Frank, Petr Barna (referee) ; Doubravský, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals wit the evaluation of the suppliers in low volume business environment. Current means of suppliers evaluation are analyzed. Then new criteria and means for suppliers evaluation based on softcomputing methods are proposed. The proposed solution is then compared to current evaluation of suppliers.
