Biocrystallization as a new concept in development of piezoelectronics for use in biomaterials

This thesis focuses on biofilament methods and biocrystallization of bacterial cells producing polyhydroxyalkanoates, specifically the bacterium Cupriavidus necator H16. The main techniques used for cell orientation include spin-coating and acoustic waves. Biocrystallization was induced by temperature, osmotic, and acid stress. The degree of cell orientation was monitored by an atomic force microscope, and crystallization was determined by FTIR. Among other parameters, the thickness of the layers was evaluated using a profilometer. The amount of PHA in the bacterial cells was determined by gas chromatography. The preparation of crystalline ordered layers of biomaterials represents a route to piezoelectric biomaterials.
Utilization of physico-chemical and spectroscopical methods in study on microbial extremofiles

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the determination od polyhydroxyalkanoates in the cells of extremophille bacterie, preformed by several methods. The chosen bacterium was Schlegelella thermodepolymerans DSM 15 344 Thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transformation, and Raman spectroscopy were used in this thesis. The TGA method was used for the determination of extracellular and intracellular water in samples. The FTIR method was used in order to observe the amount od PHA, but aslo to observe the physical properties of the polymer in the sample, specifically to determine either amorphous or crystalline featuers of this polymer. Raman spectroscopy was used in oder to confirm the presence of PHA in the samples. All results e´were compared eith the results accomplished by gas chromatografy.

This thesis provides an analysis of the business and investment climate of Moldova, it characterizes the economic situation in the country, and specifies requirements and conditions necessary for entry to the Moldovan market. The first chapter contains the basic characteristics of Moldova, geography, history and current political situation. Then there is characterized the current economic situation and foreign trade of the country. A final chapter deals with cultural and business customs in Moldova.
Metody financování vývozu investičních celků

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi exportního financování poskytovanými komerčními bankami - od dodavatelského úvěru po projektové financování. Dále je zde zachycena státní podpora exportu s důrazem na instituce na podporu exportu v České republice - EGAP a ČEB. Část práce je zaměřena na Konsensus OECD, mezinárodní finanční instituce a jejich role při financování vývozu investičních celků. Závěrem je popsán proces získání pojištění u EGAP, které vyžadují komerční banky při financování vývozu do rizikových teritorií.

Předkládaná disertační práce usiluje o navázání na vědeckou činnost, která je soustředěna do oblasti podpor obnovitelných zdrojů energie ve členských státech Evropské unie a USA. Práce se zaměřuje na provedení hloubkové analýzy dvou primárních podpůrných nástrojů, minimálních výkupních cen (zahrnující také schéma tržních příplatků/zelených bonusů) a kvótního systému se zelenými obchodovatelnými certifikáty, na liberalizovaných elektroenergetických trzích Texasu, Velké Británie, Španělska a České republiky. Přičemž rozbor je v doktorské práci proveden výlučně pro nástroje sloužící k podpoře elektrické energie z OZE.
