(Papaveraceae) and their biological activity related to Alzheimerʼs disease III.; Diploma thesis, Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Botany, Hradec Králové 2022, 59 pages The aim of this diploma thesis was to fractionate the combined extract (CHCl3 +EtOAc + I- ) from Papaver rhoeas L. using flash chromatography and subsequently, to isolate alkaloids from the chosen factions by preparative TLC. The chemical structures of the isolated compounds were determined by spetrometric and spectroscopic methods (MS, NMR and optical rotation). Alkaloids were identified as (+)-rhoeadin, (+)-rhoeagenin a (+)-isorhoeagenin. After structure elucidation, the alkaloids were tested in vitro for inhibitory activity towards enzymes that are playing part in the pathogenesis of the Alzheimer's disease (acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase a prolyloligopeptidase). Based on the results, the studied alkaloids seem to be inactive towards chosen enzymes (values IC50 > 100 µM). 	The Counterpoint Bučková, Anna ; Mačuda, Michal (referee) ; Vítek, Jiří (advisor) The connection between music and architecture was a field of many people all over the world throughout history. Attitude is different in every single way. Someone feels music in architecture through the feelings someone uses exact methods. My way led through the many formal analysis to design my own composing method on the basis of music patterns. The idea for designing my opera house in the capital Prague on the bank of the Vltava river was a symphonic poem written by Bedřich Smetana – Vltava. The tones of the music flow gracefully like a river, from the soft lines of flutes to the orchestra pother. And this is the story of the template for my design, where the river bank escalates to the opera theatre. And this space of opera is curious in some way. 	The Municipal Library of Frýdek-Místek Bučková, Anna ; Dýr, Petr (referee) ; Žalmanová, Petra (advisor) A library is a building that should not be forgotten. Currently, it is tough just to stop and have the calm around ourselves. This public institution may give us that as no other one around. It is not only about reading books, but the library may offer a lot of another possibilities from reading books through listening to music up to social events. Thus, this library is supposed to be oriented exactly like that for the city of Frýdek – Místek, since the city is not having any suitable premises for the institution nowadays. The building is designed in the park lot of the city centre of Místek. This bachelor thesis deals with a design for the library that is creating a new dominant building of the city as well as, together with given surroundings, another social centre where citizens can spend their leisure time.
