Activating artetherapy with seniors

7 Abstract Title: Activation of Art Therapy in the elderly Goals of the work: Goal of this work is a description and analysis of the meaning of art therapy in the elderly. I will focus in particular on the activities of the elderly of Jewish origin, with whom I am in everyday colaboration as an employee. Theoretical foundations of the work will be complemented by a practical component in which I focus on specific cases work with the elderly and the use of therapeutic guidelines, focusing in particular on the importance of the art therapy. Method: In this thesis the theoretical part used - analysis, synthesis, research, compilation, comparison and in my project, I used the methods of structured interviews and questionnaire investigation. Work is suplemented by case report of one of our clients. Results: The results obtained contribute to understanding the specific therapeutic approach in working with seniors and include activation therapy, which helps to improve the quality of social and therapeutic work with the elderly.
