This thesis focuses on the design of the restoration of a log building in the village of Desná, near the Souš Dam in the Jizera Mountains. The appearance of the object and its construction are described in detail. The described functional units and details are supplemented with photographs. Based on visual assessment and instrumental measurements, the condition of the structure is described in the thesis, and necessary repairs and modifications are proposed for future use of the building. Drawing documentation is prepared according to the author's own survey, and photographic documentation is also provided. The thesis will serve as a basis for planning necessary repairs or as inspiration for the implementation of a new attic conversion.

The thesis is about design of the restoration rectory building from the middle of the 18th century, located in Sedloňov v Orlických horách. A historical survey was carried out, where the building was focused and drawing documentation was drawn on the basis of measurements. Where circumstances allowed, damage to the structural elements of the building was registered. Photographic documentation was also taken to get her with the drawing documentation. In the case of damaged elements, a correction was proposed with respect to the historical value of the structure. Finally was made a study of the future use of the building. This work will serve as a basis for negotiations on the future of the building and in case of approval of the proposed solution as one of the bases for the realization of repairs.
